I express you my deep respect as. I got on my mobile phone Nokia-6233 SMS from the tel. number +[protected] which informed me about my winning the prize taking pant in the lottery. In SMS was the E-mail address of Nokia Co-operation United Kingdom 60 Merriman Road Blackheath London SE3 8RZ England, and also the tel. number [protected] was added.
Having sent my personal information on the E-mail mentioned above I’ve got the approval of my winning. It was also mentioned the name of Mr. N., the representative of the service RJJ Courier Service, with whom I have to cooperate concerning the getting oh my prize.
I sent a letter on E-mail address [protected]@rjj-courierexpress.com with my personal information about my winning and got the answer with the requirement as for getting of my prize.
The matter of fact prize that Mr. N. asked to send the payment for delivering the parcel with the Documents and a Cheque to Mr. S., who is also in England, London, United Kingdom.
In order to avoid the possibility of making the international Chemes of swindling and using the respectful name of Nokia Corporation company with criminal intent for earning money I ask you to inform me about such lotteries is they are really spent by the representatives of Nokia in other countries or disprove it.

Nokia — Defective/faulty transceiver-Nokia 3600 slide

Nokia 3600 Slide has been a constant trouble ever since it has been brought from Reliance Digital, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, 10th Oct, 2008. Receipt number C1004 #0070. The first time i requested for replacement was on 17th Oct, 2008 as the phone volume button and power switch would not work. The Reliance people said that they cannot do anything and that the phone should be taken to Nokia Care. The address for Nokia Care on the website is Sheetla Communications, Address: Shopping Arcade, Sushant Lok- 1, Gurgaon. This is not where it actualy is now B-249 super mart1, DLF IV, gurgaon. because i was unable to locate them, coz i do not live in that part of the city, it took me 5 days to finally locate them on 22nd Oct, 2008.

When i told them the phone history, they said nothing can be done as in only repair or replacement of part can happen, if at all, but u wont be able to get the piece replaced as the replacement can happen only within 7 days. This is just no fair. I have taken this piece to Nokia care six times before it was been finally submitted for faults, I happened to change the sim card in the handset as i travel often outside the country, and it would not switch on…before that the volume button would not function. Before that I never came to know that it’s a faulty piece.

On every visit, the engineer would repair and get the phone working, however, at the slightest vibration on the phone, it’s volume button would again not function and again a trip to Nokia care would happen.
They finally submitted my phone for part replacement. However, I would like to have a new handset and not a faulty one as it’s history has been. It been six months since I bought this phone and I have visited Nokia Care 7 times for the same fault.

Please help. The Nokia people do not take any responsibility of the product an the sufferers are people like us. We keep making trips to their center and all they tell us is "it's not in our hands to help you even if your problem is genuine"

Nokia — Unhappy Service

I purchased Nokia 6500(silver) handset 2 months ago. All of a sudden it got damaged and was not booting.
I submitted it to Nokia Service Centre, Sec 2, Noida in first week of March. They told me to collect it after 10 days as it has to go to Nokia's main service centre. On 14th they called me and told me to collect the handset. i was shocked to see that they changed its brand new silver body and provided me with one old black colored 6500 handset. I told them that my handset was of silver in color. They again made a new job sheet numbered[protected]/090314/93 and told me to come next week. Now after one month also they are unable to provide me my handset. i dont know whether the body has been changed or the complete handset itself is changed. Every week they come up with some excuse. So many times I have spoken to their manager also, but all in vain. I am really tired of visiting service centre again and again, nobody listens to you there. All you get in return is a job sheet and next week's date. Nokia is the best mobile handset seller and still the service they provide is very poor.i wish i should not have purchased that Nokia mobile.
They are not connecting people anymore...

Nokia Mobile — Cannot be repaired

I've purchaced a Nokia6275i CDMA Mobile in 21 Dec 2007 for Rs 9999/- thru Relaiance Chennai . In mid of Oct08, on the way to my home it was raining the mobile got wet and the display was gone. So i've taken taken to a Nokia CDMA Service Centre. They had the phone for a weeks time and gave it back saying they dont have the display pannel available. Even though it was having the Warrenty period, i said i'll pay for it. They are incapabale of repairing it.

Then what is the use of buying Nokia phones were they cannot support with the accessories or spare parts . i am ready to pay the cost of the spare part and service charges then to it is not possible.

This has embaressed me much. If the Supplier can sell his products he should ensure that the spares should also be available. Just selling the product and after sale service is zero, the compay may loose his reputation. Pls let me know what should i do with my phone which is idle for more than 6 months. i need a suggestion and a (rectification for my mobile) on this issue. My email id is "[protected]@email.com"

I have lost my mobile 3 months before, I have gone for raiseing complain to our local Police Thana 'Hirapur' Burnpur.
