Hi, i received a sms from nokiauk.[protected]@live.com, saying that i won $500, 000USD in the ongoing nokia promotion, thay asked me to email my name and phone no. to nokiauk.[protected]@live.com or call [protected]. is that true or scam?

I have received a message from AT-Winners that I have won GBP200, 000 in THE UK NOKIA MOBILE PROMO 2009.I have been asked to contact Dr.Anderson to claim my prize with my details at dr.[protected]@yahoo.com.
Is it true or fake?

i have received an sms from nokia telling me my mobile number has won 250, 000.00 euros in the ongoing NOKIA MOBILE PROMO .is it true ?please give me more information .

This is regarding your poor customer service in Indore

I have submitted my Nokia AD-54 for my Nokia N-81 mobile{purchased in Aug 08 i.e currntly in warranty} on 21 Feb 09 by the job sheet no[protected]/090221/45 its almost near abt 1 & 1/2 month ago but when I spk to your representative from Gayatri Incorporation the are not ready to give me the proper answer

Fistry when I spken on your cont no-[protected] there-on 5th march 09 Ms.Seema told me that will be take 15 more days to get it back & will received upto-21 march 09
Secondly when Again call on [protected] on 21th March 09 I didnt got any proper respond from there
Than I call on your customer service no[protected] from where I got a mobile no-[protected] of Mr.Shaliesh Shah by converseation reference no-2/3 v 41u7...so Mr.Sailesh told that will arrange a call back with the status so for same I Received call from Ms.Anuradha-[protected] on which she replied that My Handsfree will be provide me back on 28 th but when today when I called her neither she firstly didt respond me than given me reply that they are not receiving correier from Bhopal due to year end???? so not able to provide me the same...Is it the valid reason for delay???????? Than she told to call to Mr.Vivek on [protected] he also given me the same reply & told that will provide the same to me upto wednesday on 1st april 09 {do you thnik I should again belive in them?????}...
Finaly I again called on call center no[protected] spken to Amarjeet there who has not given any proper response & logged a complaint only no-2-3 vzesp ..I told him to provide me concern person Name or contact number who is ready to take responsibility for same...& not he was not ready to connect me any senior person gfrom his center also...

Is Nokia has such poor customer service
Is there no 1 who can take responsibility for providing just as Handfree Back{I dont know what will they did if I provide the my nokia phone for reparing?}
Should I recommended anyone to take nokia phone in futher after seeing this poor customer service?

Now, again phone will come in same position ( boot failure) although, battery is also replace as suggested by nokia care lajpat nagar. Yesterday my phone gets down in same earlier problem ( boot failure). Nokia 3100 — Improper service

Sir,
I approached Nokia customer care at Sivasagar Assam as I was not getting network signal in my nokia 3100 mobile set .After examining Customer Care Sivasagar told me that the sim ic has to be replaced which will cost me Rs.500. So on 3rd March I left my set there for repairing and collected the set after two days after repairing.( Job sheet No 5800 dt 3rd March 2009)

But to my utter surprise after a week I have found the same problem in my set .While approached again today for the same problem .they refused to repair my set free of cost .This is a highly irregular thing from company of such a high reputation.

Now I have got no option left but to go to consumer court.

Nokia — tower name not displayed in cell

While advertising thro your tower is good, I request you to kindly include the name of the service tower also while advertising. Nowadays only advertisement such as Music 54321 Rs3, cricket, dtunes find their place in the cell information or tower information. Repeated request to customer care has not yielded any result. Person would know the location, with the help of tower cell information facility.As Aircel customer, I request that this request is considered and location, i.e tower information is arranged to be displayed along with advertisement, instead of advertisement alone.
