Nokia N70 Handsets — HANDSET NOT REPAIRED BY NOKIA CARE MULUND

I have given my NOKIA N70 handset for reparing to NOKIA CARE and the same was returned back with reason as not repairable. My Handset is working fine and there is a small disturbance in the sound while talking on the phone. For this small defect I went to the NOKIA CARE and they checked it for a weeks time and confirmed that it cannot be repairable...MY QUESTION IS IF SUCH EXPENSIVE PHONES ARE SOLD WHY IT IS NOT MADE CLEAR THAT IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED IF THE DEFECTS ARE VERY SMALL ...WHERE SHOULD THE CONSUMER GO AFTER NOKIA CARE ITSELF IS NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES...?????...SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY NOKIA PHONES AS NOWADAYS THE QUALITY IS USE N THROW...GO FOR A CHEAPER MODEL PHONE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN NOKIA...

i would like to inform you that im facing a big proplem when dealing with your outlets and your custmoer care in Egypt yesterday, as i know that you are one of the leadest Co. at this field so here is my complaint, i already bought i new cell phone NokiaN81 8GB with serialnumber [protected] from your dealer at Bahrain then therehasbeen virous and i went to you Mesadaa branch at Dokki today with sell waranty to fix this proplem and i have been faced by a very rude and unrespectable way from your agent Hatem Mohamed Mohamed, who replied that you will not fix this proplem as he replied that i2 international int. waranty now is not applied in Egypt, so i asked him to hand me over to his supervisor to check with him because my waranty is available now who answered me that he is the only one at the branch and no one could help me and i told him that i will vhevk with your management, he replied me by meaning of shoot your head to a wall. So pleasei need to find a solution about this big problem unless i will use my legal rights.

As previous mail we contact i2 customer care yestarday at 20:00 C.L.T to discuss our problem which have been sent before about my cell phone nokia N81 8GB by serial number [protected], an agent called mohamed samir at 19606 i2 hotline call center he replied by an unprofessional way and he has too lake of information ablout anything and we ask him about head office location, fax number, complain number and e-mail to make a complain or to solve my cause, he refuse to give me any information !!!
also he did`nt want to take a complaint from me .i asked to give me tem leader or supervisor he refuse and told me that they are only two person in the shift and they are the shift supervisors him and tarek mohmed and all of them did`t want to gave me them full name but it`s my legal, you can CHECK CALL RECORD from IT department and there are no one else .so how come it be in such a big organization like yours, i think what i have faced yesterday from your customer care dosent relate to any service at all .if i order a meal i would have treated better than this way, you didn`t have any information about customer care so i think you have to make rein structure unless you will lose a hug number of customres if you complete in that way .

I have received an sms which says that I have won the sum of 172, 000 pounds, after my phone number beeing chosen for the nokia promo.

I was told to call the given number:[protected], and so I did. I have talked to a man who assured me that it not a joke.

Can I trust him or not? Is it a trick or not?

Do not trust anybody whenever u get any message like u have win so & so mony or u r our lucky winner, mainly online prizes. They foreigner bastered like GM of NOKIA PRAMOTION ONLINE and so many they seem to be very natural but at last they are fraud..So do not believe on such type of things.

At last I want to say that I m the guy who understand himself very very smart and I m but there was doubt, that may be such type of prizes are true because I did not get anybody who directly could say that I have been betrayed that is why I did practical and at last I lost 44 thousand rupees.

Nokia N80 — poor service

Hi this is Rohit i m having nokia N80 phone which is gifted by my cousin from USA, it is having power button problem.When i gave in nokia care they told that its strip was not original when i called them after 10 days they told that it is board problem after they took 20 days to repair but in vain>thay gave me the mobile unrepaired these persons do not have enough knowledge to about software and hardware.Then why do they keep nokia care for sevicing phones

p.s is this a scam?if it is these people should seriously be stopped, cause when u r desparetly trying to make ends meet and u really need some money and u get some message like this that turns out to be some big joke its just plain cruelty.thank you.

I am facing problem With Nokia Phone.

I have purchased Nokia 6233 on Dated 07/09/2008, wide bill no .118, With IMEI No: [protected] from Wonder Collection, Shop No 1, Shrusti apartment Post office Lane, Tilak chowk, Kalyan (W), But after 4 months problem started, my phone was directly getting switch off & one side speaker was not working . That’s why I went to Nokia Service Centre at Lower Parel, i.e Bright point India Pvt. Ltd . Phoenix Mills Compound 3rd floor ‘C’ Wing 462 Senapati Bapat Marg Mumbai No : 400013.

In this Service Centre they checked the cell & told me we will give you new cell phone in exchange with the job no :- MUM0649633 dated 30/01/2009. After 10 days they gave me new (scarp) phone with IME No:-[protected]. But after 2 days again new problems started. There was no Network & battery was always showing LOW. I get back to the Nokia Service Centre, at that time they told me Production of this phone is stopped by the Nokia company & you will get new Noika 5310 Express Music . I said its ok, give me that Noika phone but it should be the new fresh piece. They said Nokia never give new piece. They advised me to sale it for Rs.3500/- only. My question is why should I sale it off when it is in warranty. It is my right to get new piece or get the same cell repaired perfectly. I have paid Rs. 8479/- for this cell, so atleast I can use it for this many days please.

The very cheap point is service centre people easily accept their fault without much checking the cell phone
Again they gave me new
Jobsheet on 26 March 2009, Job No. MUM0687167. I asked can you give me new cell phone, they directly told me you will not get any new cell phone but only scrapped one which are here to get repaired.

Present they give me scrap phone nokia 6233 which was not working properly

My warranty expires in October 2009



Please do something positive in my favour .as early as possible
