I just recieved yesterday the same message as all was complaining for, informing that I won a prize, of course at the first moment that I read the message I was so shock and excited bec, It was my firstime to recieve like this one,

then I went home emmidiately to confirm this matter via email,
then suddenly one thing comes on my mind, just to see if theres a true promotion of this thing, I searh this on the net, but instead of becoming happy hoping that there's a good news, It was not but just a lot of complaints,

if mobile shows sim registrtion failed...there are many reasons of occurring problem in sim,

check the following things

1. have you inserted sim card correctly
2. sim tray may get fails to have conduct with sim
3. sim connecting surface might be damaged
4. otherwise best solution check with your connection service provider (operator)

Sir, I have the Nokia Hand set 1600 Srl.No.[protected] purchased on 2.5.07 from M/s.Dhadiwal Communication, Nasik Road, on 9th March, 2008. I made a complaint in this respect to know about the procedure to lock the Nokia Hand set 1600 srl.as given above. Till date I have no response. Hence, thought of make once more the complaint to know the method to block the Hand set. My effort to get the help from Nokia Shoppee help centre, however, their response was negative. Being the manufacture, may I seek your kind help to know whether any process is available to either detect the hand set or lock the hand set. I am sure you may be having some method. Please let me know your response in this respect. As I gather there is method to lock the hand set in case of this theft or loss.

sir have a nokia 1255 was given to ur jaipur's shubhash nagar care centre by me . i dont got my phone with repair not yet now my phone is send to delhi 3 times & i got a swap set which was received by me after such days it again having same proublem and i went to your care center they say to me that sir it again have to send delhi. i shock to hear this, that a man purchase a set and got very poor service by co. and service centre, bfore i was got my set in 2 month & now they also saying that it will again go to delhi

sir kindly solve this proublem nor i have to go consumer court.

hello maam i want to say that my phone would be damge by some mistake and it showed offline and it was not inserts any sim so i given this handset to ghazaibad nokia care and my hand set out of warrenty and nokia care taken this hand set and give me a time of one week after one week i reached nokia care and a maam was said that this hand set was not repair in this nokia care and pefared th nodia and i gived service charge to him i was give this hand set to nodia but after two week nodia nokia care also said this handset was not repaired because ghazaibad nokia care wrong repaired this mobiel and this mob was damage by him so help me about this method my phone name is n-70 and plz take some attention about this

Nokia — Nokia care charging for service in warranty period

I purchased nokia 6085 model on 5th Jan 2008. Now the mini display not working and the main display is flickering. And it is under warranty period. Similar problem is reported by many consumers for the same model. I had given mobile to Nokia care in Marathahalli, Bangalore. They are claiming that the mobile has got water mark so it is not covered under warranty, though the phone never was in contact with water. Now they are asking me to pay for the service otherwise asking me to take mobile back without fixing the problem.
This is a common problem reported by many consumers of the same model. Now how can i get this resolved?
