we want inform to all computer users::

don't use norton anti virus, , we are using original norton ant virus, ,
this product name is FAME but not working proper..
if this norton getting virus, , will show virus detect, , but not able do remove properly and if high virus attack then this norton software files will corrupts...will damage...

therefore please always ask your friend and search from internet which is best anti virus..really if i got norton anti virus manager or head officer i will kill him..dog..

again i will say don't use norton and free edition anti virus..
free edition anti virus also not work properly..i swear

I would like to inform that we are not able to clean virus our computer like ( Spyware, torzon, mallware, w32silty, fun.exe) through this anti virus s.no m[protected] and part no 11850336. pls send me remove tools and give me solutions Other wise we will have surender this antivirus.

Norton Antivirus — Charged $174.98 + $16.99 on Visa

I did click on notice to renew anti-virus coverage. The charges were not to be the amount charged on my Visa. Two years was $139.99.; charged was $191.97. This transaction was[protected].

Norton Antivirus — double charge

I ordered the 30 day free trail because I would be getting a $10 discount......after 30 days they charged my account for $64.99 (which was the correct amount) and on the same day they charged my account $74.99....there is no contact information for these people to dispute...thank God for Bank of America, they took care of this for me right away.

Norton — CHARGED NOT RECEIVED

ON 9/17/09 I RENEWED MY NORTON ON HAWAIIAN CREDIT CARD - IT SHOWNED UP AS DEBIT ON SEPTEMBER STATEMENT. I KEEP GETTING ALERTS ON MY COMPUTER STATING THAT THERE IS NO COVERAGE AND MY COMPUTER IS AT RISK?????? THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED.

Norton Antivirus — Unauthorised Billing

I got renewed my Norton Anti Virus on 02.09.2008. I had not made any request for renewal but company debited Rs 2651.95 from my credit card. kindly refund my amount. Please don't auto renew and reverse whole amount otherwise i will lodge complaint against you in consumer court.

My computer has a virus called "CARD.EXE". I cannot remove it, and my Norton 360 does not recognize it as a virus. I contacted tech support in the form of a CHAT technician. I explained my issue and requested assistance. As I am a Norton subscriber for many years, I expected free assistance to resolve a problem that should have been prevented by Norton in the first place. Instead of real help, the technician told me that I should go to Norton's virus diagnosis and removal Web site and get their "fee based assistance". I told the tech that I paid for Norton to identify and remove such viruses every time I renew my subscription, and they owe it to me to take care of this one they let slip through. The tech could offer no more help than that, so I told the tech that I was going to complain to an Internet forum, and terminated the chat session.

checking my banking details, just discovered drl symantec have taken £32 82 from my bank dated 20may 10 first i dont give my bank details out online, were did they get my private information from? we have a data protection act.the money i want putting back into my account, and quickly,before i take action, your out of order return my money at once. margaret bailey.
