[Resolved]  Norton Security — charged twice for one copy

I purchased one (1) copy of Norton Scurity software for my computer on 12 March 2010. Order number [protected]. I just received my credit card statement and have been charged two (2) times for the same program.
Credit my Master card with the $58.69 which I was charged for the second copy of software. I only received one copy of the software.

I expect to see the credit on my next statement.

I PURCHASE THE NORTON 360 ALL IN VIRUS PROTECTION . EVER SINCE I DOWNLOAD TO TWO OF MY COMPUTER THEY GOT VERY VERY SLOW TAKES HOURS TO LOAD . ITS SO FUSTRATED. MY 12 YRS OLD SON FRETS WITH ME EVER TIME HE WANTS TO USE HIS COMPUTER. AND RESENTLY THE POPUP SCREEN KEEPS WAYING ITS OUTDATED.
I NEED A REFUND, $79.00 WAS NOT TO SCRAPE UP. YOU GET PAID. GAVE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY WORTH.
