EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET. THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME . (Letters) and cards — delivery not received

i had gone to the post office at Najafghar Delhi to collect the ATM and DL of my Father which was sent by the Bank dept in March/may month 2010 but the post master is not ready to talk to me politelyand telling u the excat position where The ATM and DL is . ...i am going to the office for the past 2 days but of no respose from them and they was behave so rude.... this was very disappoint me and this is a humble request to you that plese do the needful for me ........Beacuse here is problem that confidncial letter of bank if this is misplace then who take the responsibility for that......????

It’s shocking to hear rules are made pay taxes, pan card are required for document purpose officially every where, when people apply for pan card they have to face this type of problems, they are big people doing thousands of wrong things to save their black money, rules are different for them, for a lay man who is straight forward in following rules as per norms he has to face thousand problems. Why the pan can’t be delivered by a reputed courier service by pan officials even if it’s charged more it will not be asked as it is an important document. At the same time you find thousands of agents, god knows who are original who’re frauds in this business they assure they charge more 200Rs but delivery of pan card at home. What has the officials to say about this?
This is serious issue if not looked at as it covers security. Why don't officials and the concern people take right steps is it so difficult to organise.shame on us we talk about technology and big things, but simple things are difficult for us. We talk about Moon when staying in land itself as not been peaceful.

I have not received my PAN Card yet. Data shows that PAN card has dispatched to my residential address but not received yet. My coupon No.[protected] Application NO.[protected].
I could understand the logic that How Gov official work? Are they not getting salary for their Job? Who takes the responsibility to ensure customer for his PAN Card?
