The executive at T24 outlet in Pantaloon passes wrong information to many customers that on recharging the amount that we get on purchase bill will only get credited to our T24 account if we have a minimum balance of Rs. 40
Everytime they force us to recharge additionally Rs. 50 -100 by cash, so that the free balance can be availed. I enquired one day from T24 customer care no. they told that this is not the case. They told free balance is not dependent on the minimum balance we have on our sim card.
Even I checked that once I had Rs. 0 main balance, still I got the free balance.
