[Resolved]  Questnet India — Grievances against QuestNET Business

Hi Friends,


One of my friend has explained about this plan. I have done simple calculation to show that how much money you will be investing and how much return you and your friends/ team/ group members will be getting. See the bellow example.

Initially you will be investing Rs. 30,000- 50, 0000 to buy one coin and its atual worth based on the gold and diamond weight is Rs.[protected]approx).

That means the QN will make a profit of Rs. 25,000 - Rs.35, 000 on each coin.

You will be getting Rs. 2300 once A & B members joins under you. and Rs.11, 500 you will be getting only once A1, A2 & B1, B2 joins under A & B members respectively.
Total amount QN company paying to you and the members under you is Rs. 18, 400 ( Rs. 2300 when A & B joins under you and Rs. 11, 500 to you and Rs. 2300 each of A & B when A1 , A2 & B1, B2 joins under them) and QN making profit of Rs.160,000 (Approx) i.e. Total profit from the 7 members is Rs. 180,000 less Rs. 18, 400.

As of now most of the members of QN are well qualified people. I don't under stand how they are joining with QN without having minimum common sense.

One more thing which I want to add on above mail is I called their customer care office again and again to refund my money and they assured to return but they send the questnet coins wihtout my permission .

Pls. take a strict action against this.

After getting disappointment from all my efforts I am here to seek your help .
I joined the so called QuestNET Business 6 months back .
The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said to be German made Mayer's Mint Gold Coin.
I ordered these coins and paid Rs.29,900 . They claimed to deliver the coins in 2 months time frame.
But they haven't delivered till date.
There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site.

I called their call centre many a times but they ask me to wait for some time and are not giving any concrete reply.
They are not cooperating after taking money from me.

I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded.

I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it.

Even Iam one of the participant in the venture of Questnet's Interactive Marketing. Here people mostly come for the purpose of taking advantage of the Business opportunity provided by the company. Ofcourse the products are from German Mint. But the delivery time of the product is atleast 2 to 4 months. And every support is given by the company to proceed with the business as well as to trace the product delivery. And it is not so called MLM. It is different !!!

I am also a stupid sufferer of questnet who was roped into sheellingout rs 32200.00 for a gold coin by one of most trusted friend.
Even after five months no coin or any communication has been recieved from questnet despite repeatd reminders by e-mail , speedpost letter or by telephone calls.
The gold coin for which i paid rs 32200.00 as per questnet website weighs just 2.8 gram ie costing about rs 3000 only.
It is cheating of highest order. Hopeindian law takes notice and ban these cheaters in INDIA.

I have researched for almost 4 weeks on the issues. and have come accross ppl who have succeded in the business and ppl who have miserably failed.
I have found that ppl merely going after the money and not aquiring adequate knowledge about the company and the products have faild, because diferent product work in diferent markets. and indian market is totally diferent from that of others

Now in general terms, when u speak about business, there is profit and there is loss. Let it be any business.
> u work hard - you profit but takes time
> u give up - u fail
> u work smart - money follows you.

so b4 investing try to get as much as information possible.

I would like to add that Quest net does not come under MLM.
MLM is illeagle.
It is banned in Singapore. But in fact Quest net has a registered office at singapoore. This proves it is not a fraud.

NOW THE SOLUTION FOR THE ACTUAL PROBLEM.

If you need th product you paid for just trace the upline members and get it solved. Or directly contact Padmakka the lady who is at the top of the Network In TN. She is made fortunes.

If you want to file a case: just take pronts of the purchase confirmation and file case in the consumer court.

I want to file complaint against this type of fraud emails and wrong emails. Please do something against that people who are doing fraud. Please please do something against this type of companies.
Please inform me accordingly what you are taking steps against them.
