[Resolved]  Questnet India — Grievances against QuestNET Business

Go to Wikipedia and look up "Ponzi Scheme" (also check out "HYIP"). You'll notice striking similarities between what you're reading and what GoldQuest is offering.

I was also approached by a member of GoldQuest and went to one of their "Meetings". Unfortunately for them, I have many years of trading experience and was able to poke many holes in their story.

If they offer guaranteed obscenely high returns = SCAM
If they give extra money for signing others on (i.e. a pyramid system) = SCAM
If the first thing on the website that you read talks about how it is not a scam = SCAM
If the person tells you that when David Green talks, he doesn't SOUND like a scam artist = SCAM
If you have to send your money offshore, waive your rights to it with a limited power of attorney and convert it into egold (i.e. launder it) = SCAM (and kiss your money goodbye)
If the company hasn't registered in your country to sell this "opportunity" and prove that it is not a fraud = SCAM
If the actual company has no address or phone number = SCAM

I could go on for pages, but I hope you get the point.

Look, I know that we all want to make lots of money without much effort. I know that we all want to become rich. But educate yourself on how rich people think and what rich people do. Find out how rich people ACTUALLY make money.

They DO NOT relinquish all control of their money and send their lifesavings into an offshore account that is managed by an unknown company that makes ridiculous promises.

Smarten up and educate yourself! Don't be the fool that parts with their money. Knowledge really is power!

I also joined this business six months back...and till date haven't got the product. As usual I was also introduced to the concept by one of my very good friend.I was in the process of expanding business when the news of SEBI freezing the account of questnet came in. In fact it was one of my prospects who gave me the news. Now, the scenario is that i simply cannot talk about it to anyone as the future of this company is quite bleak in India moreover my consious does not allow me to fool someone else. I paid a sum of 44000 and obviously would like to get it back. Can anyone tell me HOW, WHERE and in what CONTEXT can the complaint be lodged. Please help!!

I want to sell my coin which I have purchased before 6 months. My IR No. is NF110867. Let me know what is the procedure to sell the coin. Nobody is giving guidelines or e-mail reply. Very Bad for doing more business.

Rs.32, 200 though i still believe my friends word and trust the operation and working of the company otherwise i wudnt hav invested the amount.
However i still havent received the promised gold coins...
can someone guide me as in whom should i approach regarding the same.
Even if some of the managing group is arrested there must be another team working in lieu of the legal proceedings...

There should be communication regarding the delays.
Rs.32000 is not a joke.
If i would have bought actual gold about 30gms worth it would have surely appreciated by about 5000 Rs. by now for sure

and u know i was also cheated i joined the Quest net thinking what so ever happens at least i will get a gold coin. i m sorry to use such languages but those basturds frustrated me for 6 hours and never told that the product actual price is 6-8 k

i was fooled into the businness and after more then 5 months have not recieved the product but still paying the EMI
i m a fresher here and this is the target area for them as we r new to city few friends and big dreams in eyes
thoes guys keep me calling every day 3-4 call a day till the date i joined but as i joined since then no calls . even now if i call then to enquire abt the products the r not picking up the call i m mentally harassed and still paying for it

First of all thank you all guys for talking about such a huge company like Quest International in a bad way
because in a manner of fact non of the great companies have made success untill people talk about their company badly...
Secondly to replay most of the guys:- it is true the company had a problem in distributing the coins in spacialy india..
but didnt you think far away ? I mean is it hard to be a person with a vision? by these replays I think yes it is hard...
you know the problem here is that vision is a word with 6 letters but so many people has it...
quest net gave you the opportunity to get the vision+business = leader with alot of money
not in one or 4 mounths... nonono dont think like that please...
and to replay about the coins they are spacialy made for a porpuse not to be resaled dear...
and now quest net ranks and it is accosiated with UN, FIFA, FAO, BHMAYER, QATANA, QVI, QICOMM...
all of these doesnt put in your head something??

Is Questnet alive or dead. I am also a victim of this MLM. I was not all interested in this, but to keep up my friends circle have paid Rs.32, 660/- through my credit card. The subsequent day the bankers called me & have confirmed the transaction. Due to my bad luck in the same day evening all the medis was flashng the arrest of Chennai Questnet officials...
There after all my efforts to get back my money or atleast the gold coin was not successful.

I Need to sue this company, I had cancelled the product by raising a request on their customer care portal, after a few hours of purchasing that whatsoever gold coin. First they did not cancel, Second they did not deliver it :), now it is around 8 months and still no sign of them. I dont blame my trusted friend, who got me introduced to this and also got cheated :).

My request to you folks is that if someone has successfully sued them legaly either through consumer court or any other legal way, Kindly post (add comment) the procedure on this website. I have collected all proof about this fraud, and I would like to sue them dearly :).

Any help would be fantastic.

i know school teacher who left their job cos they saw a suddent lush of money, i know top management guys who left their job just beleiving in this .. and today all their lives are screwed .

use your brains, dont spoil the relationships which you built years and years together just for some cheap bucks.

understand that the so called company is using you to sell a product which aint worth anything.
they will allure you with presentations, they will show you cheques to entize you.. they will say that they are earning millions in a month...But you say "NO" and save your ..

Their business is entirely based on a human weakness called "Greediness", go check your history and see what happened to people who were driven by greed.. judas hanged himself .. hitler killed himself...

Indian Revolution Coin — Money Refund Request

This is hakkimamir from Palani.I joined the so called QuestNET Business on[protected].I ordered Indian Revoluation coins and paid Rs.32750.They claimed to deliver the coins in 2 months time frame.But they haven't delivered till date.Infact i don't want that now.They are not cooperating after taking money from me.I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded.I'm coming from very poor family.Please i hope i get back my money by you.

I joined Quest net because a trusted senior showed me very bright outcomes. I told that I cant make members and woo people into buying something I myself dont believe in!!!
Now here I am, Loser of a good hard earned money. Forget about getting profits, I havent even recieved the product.
I am in if somebody wants to file a suit. At least the money should be refunded as we have not even recieved the product.

I have attended one of these Quest Net promotion seminars. I would agree from what I sat through the scheme seemed very exiting and tempting. However, a person with a litte bit of common sense would realise that these people are well trained and skilled scam artists with extremely convincing talk.
Also, to further back my opinion someone please read about Quest or Pyramid schemes on Wikipedia. This site is a well reputed online encyclopedia with proper facts and citations.
