they are pakka frauds.. as like us many people were cheated.. they said these under vijay mallaya.. i was cheated on 2005 i was joined through my friends albert and brewart..
they are pakka fraud company worked under vijay mallya questnet worked at chetpet chennai.. in the year 2005 they targeted young college students and cheated many people.. i paid rs 28000 by buying silver coins.. but the actual coins rate was rs 3000 on 2005.. many were cheated some made complaints and now on 10/04/2015 i stated this openly now.. after 10 years am telling this, ., . no use, waste of time.

What Mr. Chantra explain is right please be careful about this product and business. Hay guys please don't believe this fraud business. I have bad experience in this company. I have lost around 1.5 lack in year 2007

registered & gave 30000 in early 2007 and never got my coin it remain coming from Switzerland. One friend who came in this trap trapped me into it. After payment he hardly talked to me, till the payment he was pretending as my best friend, when i was working in TCS.
When i went to Quest net office there was a police raid going on in their office in Bangalore, i think it was in in MG road, i came back.

I have purchased a gold coin (Guru Nanak- Gold) from the company in year 2008 and paid the amount of 33, 000 INR. I did not receive the product after doing the payment and I followed up with global customer care and called up customer executives regarding my concern in year 2008. [Please refer below mail conversations in previous years 2008 and 2009].
The issue was redirected to India support help team and despite several attempts; there was no update on this. I lost hope and then gave up after multiple follow ups untill year 2010. Despite putting my hard-earned money 33, 000 INR, which constitutes 75% of my monthly salary, the customer is being treated in this unprofessional behavior. You pay but you don't get even the product, forget about doing the networking chain business. I am also unable to login to the website and it tells that IR ID is invalid, so I am unable to check my details as well.
Please advise what can be done on this. Will going to consumer court help us?
