RBS — Regarding Transaction

Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Hello

Actually i am the old loan customer of ABN Amro Bank (Presently it is RBS). Recently I have applied the Home Loan, the represented bank did the CIBIL enquiry. There is one transaction which I was not able identify in that, where it shows as Over Due Amount of the Credit Card.

You can go through the below mail for complete details.

Actually i have cleared amount in ABN AMRO, but they have not closed my credit card and then put the late fee and all other additional fees and now it is showing as overdue amount. This is not yet at all acceptable as i didn't receive any statement after i cleared the amount. If atleast if they should send that i could realize at that time itself and made the appropriate amount. This is really effecting my loan history and none of the banks are not willing to give the loan.

Actually i called so many times to customer care, but they are not responding and they are disconnecting the call without complete assistance.

My Personal Details

Full Name: Gottam Pavan Kumar
DOB: 03-Jun-1981
Mobile No:[protected]Present No)

This is really unfare, when i enquire with customer care, even they haven't provided the complete details. Is it customer care of something else?

Can someone take an action on this?

Thanks
Pavan
