I have taken credit card of ABN Ambro card no :- [protected] in the year 2007. I have purchase some goods for Rs 1000/- till the due date no one bother from Bank to send me the credit card statement for the purchase i have done. Afterwards i myseld called up abn ambro customer care and told them to send the executive for the payment but i was assured by the customer care that no late fees will be charged as the delay for statement is from there end and not by me.
So keeping faith on customer care i have made the payment of Rs 1000/ on dated 13/04/2007 by ICICI bank cheque no 608175. and now in regular intervals they are started calliing me and my residence no for late payment. So now you tell me it was my fault that i have called myself to the customer care of Axis and giving the payment and taking harrasment from them. If i want to do any cheating then why i would have called bank and told then to take there payment. And now for 1 year RBS( Royal Bank of Scotland ) started calling me .What is this going on why i should make a late fee payment that too without my fault . Now they are started calling my home well my parents is a senior citizen. Customer care is telling us to make a payment i will not pay a single paise as it absolutely failure from the Bank and not from my side. Please give me justice
