sir i have recharged my vodaphone number [protected] of Rs 75 with www.rechargeitnow.com my money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful, i have complaint it on their site but they are not giving me any response and now its being 18 days and there is not a single response from their side . sir please help , and take some strict step against them. We recharged our Sun Direct TV on 23rd Nov, 2010 at 2 PM (Transaction id:[protected] for Rs. 500.00.The recharge was successful; however, we were charged twice in our credit card. We have already contacted them through their website (rechargeitnow.com) but ended up with no response and wondering whom else should we talk to in this regard.

Yep. same thing happened to me day before yesterday. The recharge amount was same, Rs. 500. In my case, I even sms from IDEA saying that the amount is being updated in my mobile. But the amount was not recharged. I've sent a mail to their grevieance cell, lets see what happens.

Vodafone — online recharge failed and money not refunded
i had a recharge on my vodafone numbered [protected] but balance did not come..and it showed transaction faliure .though transaction was failed then also money was deducted from my account which is PNB retail service..as i used my account for the online payment of recharge...what should i do????
