RechargeItNow.com — Amount paid but no recharge
I requested rechargeitnow.com to recharge my TataSky subscription by Rs 1000 and paid the amount electronically through their order ID No.: R[protected] on 19 May, 2011.But so far, despite several complaints lodged with their Customer Care, no recharge has been made, nor any communication has been received. There's no contact number or email ID where direct communication can be made to the Customer Care. This is indeed questionable that there's really no way to complain (the email ID provided by the company ([protected]@rechargeitnow.com) is fake because the email sent to them bounces back.
Please help me and guide me how to take action against the company.

I was trying to recharge my phone Via www.rechargeitnow.com on 26 Aug 2011 .Mobile No [protected] Via Indusind Net Banking I got my money deducted and also received a failure confirmation .neither i Got SMS .nor email, .i have been keep emailing them about it but neither they contacted me nor i got my money refunded yet.Please look into this matter and help me out.
