RechargeItNow.com — money deducted from my account but did not recharge

Sir, I K.Bharat Bhai from gujrat . Sir on 31/03/2011 i tried to recharge my dishtv VC No. [protected] through www.rechargeitnow.com there is money deducted to my account Rs.980 like silvar sever pack 160 Rs each month and 20 Rs late charge total -980 deducted but dint recharge my dish tv.sir please me help to refund above Rs. to my account.................k bharat bhai

i tried to recharge my mobile on 23/04/2011 but i did get recharge & amount of 111 Rs. is deducted from my account.
as per your refund policy my money shold be refund but yet it didnt.

i have tried to recharge my vodafone cell through my pnb debit card using the site rechargeitnow.com, the money got deducted but i haven't got my recgarge, this happened several times...

RechargeItNow.com — Amount paid but no recharge

I requested rechargeitnow.com to recharge my TataSky subscription by Rs 1000 and paid the amount electronically through their order ID No.: R[protected] on 19 May, 2011.

But so far, despite several complaints lodged with their Customer Care, no recharge has been made, nor any communication has been received. There's no contact number or email ID where direct communication can be made to the Customer Care. This is indeed questionable that there's really no way to complain (the email ID provided by the company ([protected]@rechargeitnow.com) is fake because the email sent to them bounces back.

Please help me and guide me how to take action against the company.

I tried to recharge my cell [protected] on 30 june 2011 for INR 222 from web "http://www.rechargeitnow.com/" money got deducted from my credit card account however i have not received any refund till date despite repeated reminders and escalations raised as suggested by the site in case of money deducted and recharge failed, pls help.

I was trying to recharge my phone Via www.rechargeitnow.com on 26 Aug 2011 .Mobile No [protected] Via Indusind Net Banking I got my money deducted and also received a failure confirmation .neither i Got SMS .nor email, .i have been keep emailing them about it but neither they contacted me nor i got my money refunded yet.
Please look into this matter and help me out.

This is to inform you that yesterday i.e on 7th Sept i was making my payment for my DTH Service -DISH TV through the website rechareitnow.com.Rs.400 has been deducted. But recharge has not done.Neither got any notification in my mail from Recharge it now. However got notification from bank that 400 has been deducted.
