[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

I have purchased new MNP reliance connection GSM 3G with Rs. 350 per month plan around on 25 Jan.-2015 from Mr, Jatin Madan and told him to wait until 31 Jan-2015 so that i can clear all my due from Vodaphone, but he processed it and my MNP was denied. Then i told him to provide me new number, but now he is not picking up my phone and my sim is still not activated even after two time verification.

I am reliance user my mobile no is [protected] but often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care, The response is unsatisfactory, many time I register my complaints in nearby corporate office
always my bal is reduced by value added service but I will not activate any value added service..


And if this problem is not resolved by reliance then I will get pot my no to any other service and if anyone in my circle want to use reliance then I will suggest him/her to not use reliance...

Reliance communication is a big fraud. They make fake promises & stupid customer care. I am facing issue for last three days with my internet connection but still nothing has been sorted out. Never buy any product from Reliance.

I made a special recharge of rs 36 on my number [protected] for std calls onn 18th feb 2015 .but since last 2 days all my std calls are getting charged according 70ps/min and not according to plan.kindly refund my extra deducted balance and check for the issue .

Whenever i call to the customercare, they were not talking veryvell and every time they put my call on hold...or thay told me about your server is down so, i never knows about my deduction...

And on 25th feb 2015 i had approx 135rs balance but after its ZERO rs.
on 27th feb 2015 i recharge of rs 70 so now its 4rs balance...
thats not it... in between dec 2014 TO feb 2015 in three months 40, 40, 250, 135, nd 70rs deduction from my balance...

Since last 8 year i used reliance.. so i m genuine customer of yours...
BUT now i think about portability...

So just say about my revert back balance...

Dear valuable Reliance customer care takers & worlds best telecom service providers,

I am G. Jagadishwar rao from Hyderabad using your services since 5 years around, first 2 years it was fine & good, but later i found many difficulties in your services, since last three years i had been complaining about signal problem to call customer care people, all the time i received same answer stating that we have forwarded the issue to technical department and will be resolved in couple of days, weeks & months, the thing is it took years but problem not solved and even i have been told to select network of Aircel, but still no use. This your first appreciation.

Second appreciation is, being am your valued customer according to your view never you bother serving me better but in case if am crossing due date calls from customer care they don't even know what to speak they just say what they want to say and put off the call, apart from that 100rs due if due date is crossed (GREAT & EXCELLENT) Since 3 three years no service what penalty i have to charge you people, while using your service i feel am using land lane, atleast land lane is flexible of moving around, but where your services person should become stachue should not move a step here and there if i do so voice break, call drop and not reachable. And another greatest thing about is with out intimating to the customer you will stop services out going calls and with in a span of 3 to 4 days you will disconnect incoming also for just below 1000rs (SUPERB & MARVELOUS) but still am your valuable and golden customer, thank you very much for buttering customers
like me.

Third appreciation don't mind am coming step by step last but very much important matter is Reliance is giving shelter to antagonist (villains), the evil characters rude nature ladies sorry i should not blame all ladies in Reliance i take my word back but i am unable to digest the character of the rude lady who does'nt know the meaning of customers, meaning of hospitality, meaning for patience. The lady whom i am mentioning is form Reliance stores Kharkana, Trimulgherry, Secundrabad, Hyderabad, Telangana. I never saw a lady like her even in slum area also, in future also i may not found a lady of such character, i was speaking to the other guys regarding my bill payment and activation of my number [protected] i was screaming at that guy when you don't have authority to activate why did you swipe my card.

Then she interfered in between saying i am the manager, and the first word from her mouth is "what ever you do i will not activate go and complaint where ever you want and even in my head office @ Madhapur". She even started black mailing me when i have video shouted her vulgarity to complaint at Madhapur Reliance, she was running on road to complaint in P.S.

Such an extra ordinary service is the credibility of Reliance Communication only, i think that is the reason 5 years back all the Reliance stores where Big in size, employees strength and stores. Now what i see is small stores, small staff and less stores.

Do you people think, dont i know about MNP, So i am waiting for your action [protected]. I am holding 5 post paid connection of Reliance.
I am extremely disappointed with Reliance service. Me and my family are very old reliance customers. I paid bill for my number [protected] last night and the transaction was completed. Outgoing call was barred for my phone since the bill was not paid. After paying the bill also till now outgoing call has not started. When i contacted in number 30333333 they said they dont have postpaid information. They gave me number [protected] where I called and they told me the same thing that they dont have postpaid information and asked me to call to 30333333. What the hell is this? Is this the service you provide. Resolve the issue ASAP since my family is facing problems without outgoing calls.

This is Tamilarasan and [protected]( Reliance Network) is my reliance mobile number. 7 days before nearly Rs 85 was deducted from my account balance and I have called more than 5 times to customer executive but not a proper explanation given. They said often only server problem nothing to say and please wait .

Can any one solve this for why it happens and where the balance gone.?

i have reliance cdma sim and its number is [protected]. i have been using this number since 2005. in the month of december 2014 it got a complaint that is related to network. that day onwards i called to your executives nearly 100 or more times and gave complaints regularly, they registered my complaints and did nothing. many times i requested them to cut the service to revive the service with another sim. they did not do that also. it is showing reliance and giving full signal and cell is working well. once check the problem and do the necessary things. my number is well noted to all my belongings and it is registered for many of my services. so do justice.
no speed and network in 3g in mhow mp area its very bad...and want to abuse this
type of service to the managment of the service. I m himanshu[protected]
