Is it possible to boycott reliance telecom from the market, It's very simple, if you have intentions to provide or serve a country then shut reliance telecom, first they cut your money & then IVR never allow you to get in touch with executive, that simply means you will never understand why your money is deducted, I don't understand what governing authorities like TRAI is doing, Is DoT there just to pretend about laws, Is government can not act against Ambani's?

I have purchased Reliance Data (CDMA) Wi-Pod (1600 INR) on August 4th, 2015. Reliance company is claiming they provide 14.7 Mbps speed but since the day I purchased it has never reached even 1 Mbps. The average speed is below 350 Kbps.
I raised complaint by calling customer service they registered the complaint number as[protected]. It never got resolved within 3 days though I contacted them more than 10 times. However, I contact Appellate Authority office and they registered another complaint on this and provided me the complaint number as[protected].
Even till today no one has contacted me regarding this matter. It is me who contacted more than 20 times to customer care and Appellate Authority including chair man office.
Not sure putting here a complaint would resolve this issue. Can someone please advice me how to escalate to higher authorities? Other users, I would request you to think for a moment before going for Reliance. This company doesn't provide best customer support to their customers instead wasting your time and making you suffer.

Myself [protected] done the recharge of 45 Rupee for the plan R-R (local/std)@15paise/m and for others @30p/min but after this recharge there is flat call rate @25p/min.with this regard many times contacted to care office but first they are not picking up the call or if they are picking then excusing for technical fault or Repair work.

When I connect STD call from reliance to other networks like Vodafone, Airtel etc. unfortunately call has not been able to connect. The answer is please check your mobile no your mobile number is not correct.

My phone number is [protected] balance was around Rs178 during evening
of 27 Aug 2015 but during night of same day it was only Rs 1 and I had
additional 100mb from Rs 9 store. I called customer care @198 at
around 11:20 pm, 11:25pm, 11:28pm and each time CCE forwarded it to
the supervised with every time call getting disconnected.
I did not exceed 100mb data, then why the balance got deducted. And
why call drop in customer care, I don't call customer though there are
numerous short term issues with network. Please don't reply that my
data usage is more then 100 mb because my mobile shows my data usage
and I use frequently use aircel sim regularly for internet purpose, on
my phone, phone model number is Motorola XT1022.
Also at 24 august I buy TWO rs 9 3g data pack from 9 rupees store.
Despite having 200mb data all my balance got deducted.
Hoping for earliest honest reply.

i recharged my reliance my no-[protected] with 94rs 3g net pack...it showed me that the recharge has been done but later on i dialled on *111*1*3# but it showed me that dear customer, no data balances in your account...i recharged my no on 1st of september..and once more i checked my net balance my dialling MBAL and messaging it to 55333...but the results were same...and till date on 4th september my problem is not resolved..i tried to communicate with the customer care excutive but failed to connect...i would request the concerned authority to kindly look into this matter soon...

I have taken demo Prepaid sim No. [protected] your Ner Chowk Store Distgrict Mandi Himachal Pradesh for further recharging purpose. My Centre Unique Enterprises Chakkar (Mandi) But no person from Ner Chowk Store visit my centre to transfer money
