[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Reliance deducted my 31 rs. from my balance but when I comment here they refund me only 14 rs. and the 198 customer care is still not responding of my call. but now they deduct 9 rs. more for any vas service which I never request for. its happening to me continously that reliance is deducting my money for no real reason. please help im feeling so annoyed and im tired of it. Please STOP THIS NOW. OR SHOULD I THROW THIS SIM.

My basic aim to get a recharge of 799 was to get 10000 mins STD to be utilized for this number only which is not getting fulfilled and your customer support has made me much more disappointed.
I have tried many times calling your customer complaint no 198, most of the time it didn’t get connected and if luckly get connected then they had a simple excuse the systems are not working please call later.
As you could see I am facing this issues from such a long time why don’t one of you just call and clarify the problem and stop this mailing game and if you want to pass the time and let the 799 plan duration over, then this behavior is obvious from your side.

I want to bring your attention over my issues that I am facing with the mobile no [protected]. I had made a recharge of 799 on 21st Sep 2014 where I suppose to get 10000 reliance STD minutes and 30 minutes per day for other mobile networks. But actually I am always being charged from my main balance so this 799 plan is of no use.

Can you please let me know then what this tariff actually meant for. Yesterday I had a word with one of your representative and after having discussion with him I was not further being charged from my main balance.
But today the same thing is started and I am charged from my main balance.

Please look into the matter and provide me a resolution asap if you really don’t want to lose a customer actually or else provide the portability no so I can move on to other network as you can’t provide the actual service you promise.

Im using reliance prepaid mobile no.[protected], reliance deducted Rs.70/- from my main balance without any reason and after several times of complaining they puting call on hold but not giving any reason some times saying that ur money will credit in 24 hrs but till not received the money nor proper answer...im realy fed up from reliance mobile connection. plz help any body i[censored] can...how to get money back...Thanks in advance friends...

no network connection available... the voice is always cracking on calling.. and also the network is unavailable always even when the network bar is full...
Getting wrong information from customer care of reliance about getting new sim card against lost of old one and they all are same about that regarding this process with me when i aks them about why they gave me wrong information.

For getting duplicate sim against lost sim Akash Telecom, Mathabhanga, Coochbehar, West Bengal charged me for Rs.100/- and for same service form other centre they charged Rs.50/- but customer care told for Rs. 25/-. I contact to customer care for clarification and complaint but not getting positive response. I strongly complaint against this cheating by the said the Telecom. An Amount of Rs. 50 has been deduct from my reliance prepaid no. ([protected]) on dated 16.10.2014. I asked form reliance customer care executive for the deduction but he said that it is a service renew charges which is renewed after 30 days but my no. Is activated on 14-15 days ago.please tell me the procedure for contact the higher authority for refund my amount

Balance is getting deducted since last three days . cust care 198 r not taking complain & says it is deducted in Data usage but I hav data plan of 300MB & till date had used 97MB only...This same thing is happening since last week with many of friends one no is [protected]... i m using my no [protected] sincelast 8 years but now it seems that i should opt for number portability...kindly rectify the problem or will have to go to other forum for complaine...
