[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

My self amarendra mishra, i am a very old user of reliance.I found reliance is damn fake company, they alway use to cut 1rs charge on the daily basis and the excuse they give is VAS SERVICE.WTF i never used any vas services .The main problem is that as I am in roaming so no customer care. Hi i am a GSM customer..bt since yesterday I could nt receive any calls nither can i call anybudy.

RELIANCE DATA CARD - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
I had stopped using my card in first week of August14 due to speed issues. On 8-Sep-14 i submitted a request for cancellation to nearest outlet (Request No.[protected]Mr Dinesh contact person). In spite of the above, Reliance still keep raising bills on me. Reliance customer grievance system is so complicated that there is no single point to address all the issues of one customer. Every day 5-10 calls were being made to me by different people from reliance for paying the additional bills. Finally to get rid of the menace i paid Rs.1590 (including interest). However Reliance again started sending me bills (current bill is for 200+). This has become a serious menace now. I am looking for someone to address this issue from Reliance. Their website also not processing the grievance pages (error messages shown). Kindly help.

I have been advised by your representative to opt for GSM post paid services by mnp the same number accordingly all papers work were done. On 11.12.2014 a message received that my cdma services will be deactivated from 11.26 pm to 1.26 am and the new serices will be activated on new sim by0.26 am to 1.26 am of 12.12.2014 onwards since then I have contacted numerous time on 59059 for activation of my no. But the same has not been activated till. Only i have been asked to contact after 7.00 am and in evening and in morning to contact on 7.00 pm it still continues. It is worthless to mention what kind of inconvenience I am facing since 12.12.2014.

Rs 77/- deducted today morning without any reason. My data pact expired yesternight at 12 and I was very well aware. I switched off my mobile at 12 midnight and switched on again in morning at 06.45 am. when I checked my balance, I found unreasonable deduction of Rs 77/- from my account. When I spoken to helpline, Customer care rep did not take my complaint also and told me that I have used data and deduction is justified.
I have installed Insta Care App of Reliance Communication and by using that app, I came to know that I have used only 41 KB data today. How can any company charge Rs 77 for 41 kb of data.
Please resolve my issue and get the deducted amount refunded to me as early as possible.

My number is [protected]. I went to a Reliance store to get a micro SIM and they told me it will be activated in 2 days and took 350 as deposit.
It has been five days and no action has been taken by them. They have a standard reply saying that it gets activated today at 8PM.
It is because their shop closes at 8PM. Every night I get disappointed to see it not activated at 8 PM and after 8PM.When I call the customer care, they say that the data is not uploaded and we cannot help. The person who sits in Reliance store at Carter Road, Borivali (E), Mumbai sits idle on the forms and gives the same reply to all his customers.Iam planning to change the service provider and take my money back.
