I am very very disappointed by your services. Every time there is billing issue.
I SEEMS THAT RELIANCE IS ALWAYS CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMERS.
Latest issue: I purchased a Mustered Oil on 29th Apr, whose price on the rack was Rs 105 and after billing it was billed for Rs 112 (which is a fraud).

This is not the first instance that I faced this kind of issues. This is the issue almost everytime I visit your store.
It seems the you are not aware of the management of a Retail Store.
Your manger MR. SRINIVAS is another issue.
He dont have any courtesy how to speak to customers. He dont even bother to look for customer issues. It seems that he was picked from some road side.
On that day when I asked him that you people must have got some training , then on this very rudely he says that " NO WE DIDNT GET ANY TRAINING AND JUST CAME LIKE THAT".
When I was asking him to come, he dont have that much courage to come and talk to me.
Mr. Ajit Panda (Emp ID[protected] is aware of all these issues. He was polite but it was of no use since there was no support for him from his GREAT MANAGER (MR. SRINIVAS).
Ajit promised a call back on 30th Apr after 8pm but again a wrong promise and failed to call me.
I dont understand that if you cant keep promises then why you people do that.
I'll definitely gona raise this complain in your head office and specially for your Manager.
ALLOVER, VERY PATHETIC AND POOR EXPERIENCE TILL NOW FROM RELIANCE MART...
