[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM SIM — PUK Code

Reliance customer care for GSM mobiles are Hopeless. It is not well established. I really wonder how such a BIG company doesn't care about their consumers ?

I have experienced the same with pre paid top-up. I have recharged with 100/- Rs using ICICI net banking. Bank says that amount was credit to Reliance but still i didn't received any prepaid top up.

i have requested three times to deactivate my VAS pack, but still reliance is detucting 5 Rs. daily from 6/06/2009 to till date, They detucted 60Rs. till date and still continue the same.it is very disgusting.i never even think about it that relince is making fool of his customers.i am very unhappy from service of GSM

We have to say that we are old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM service. We are resident of Farakka, Distt. Murshidabad (WB), Pin-742212. There is very poor network (singal) at Farakka so We are facing very difficulties. Farakka is a very important place due to there is many Central Government Department i.e. Farakka Barrage Project (FBP: This is International project. There is sharing water of Gang between India and Bangladesh), Central Water Commission (CWC), Boarder Security Force (BSF), Inland Waterways Athority of India (IWAI), IB, Farakka NTPC, Forest Department, BDO, Farakka Police Station, West Bengal Government Hospital and Tourist place. There is a large number of population of officers and thier families. Please do the needful action as soon as posible.

Dear Sirs,

I have been using the number since 2 years [protected], recently I have lost it and i have lodged a diary in the police regarding the number and the mobile phone imei number. When i called reliance to shut/lock my sim they are saying the registration is not in the same persons name. Its ridiculous. Kindly help
