with respect I have to say that I am a old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM service bearing no [protected]. My child by mistake has locked my mobile phone. There is requirement of PUK code. Plz. issue me my puk code as soon as possible.

Respectfully, i beg to state that i am a old user of smart GSM service my MbNo. is [protected] but still i am getting stop with that due to some my own mistakes my sim is getting loked, it demands for a puk code which i don't know i was also trying to correct it but during that process there is one message got displayed that "Sim Rejected".So what will be the next procedure to correct this Sim.Even if, it will corrected by using some tips and entering puk code then please provide me.

Reliance GSM — Baring my services

Dear sir on 16/08/2009 i puechase a Reliance GSM connection from Kumar Cafe, Inder Garhi, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 24th aug. a message was recieved that ur services has been barred please contact to the customer care. But on 30th Aug. my services really barred inspite of i gave proper IDs and address proff.

I intimated to Kumar Cafe he asked for the fresh ID and Photo i supplied. I contacted at Web world at RDC Ghaziabad. there Miss Heema Singh, sadi we can't do anything, i m mailing please wait for 48 hrs.

Another authorized dealer at Chiranjeev Vihar said it is totally your mistake why did you take SIm from him and not from me.
so wanted to know that:
How Kumar cafe is selling SIM cards if not authorized?

GSM SIM — network not access

respected sir my contact no-[protected] or [protected] in network not access of 72 hours so i contact of costomer care so theres no response when my mobile is well yet both sim not supported network its before both sim give good responce so i hope you can solve my problem god bless you
