my mobile no-[protected] . plan-496 is activated on this mobile but service not provided (reliance smart to smart free talk time) /interrupted from 21 jul 2009.due to this i am unable to talk to reliance smart (free) gsm of Bihar since 21 jul 09.please look in to this your customer care is a senseless service as neither they are ready to lodge a complaint nor rectifying the problem.please look in to this.

i want to say that my self Alok kumar Lanka and i have RELIANCE SMART GSM no-[protected]
and using this no from last one month but suddenly my services are been stopped. my A/C balance is more than 650 Rs/- but i am not able to make any calls from 1 Aug 2009. And its showing SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.

Pls chk the detail & Give me ur Feedback in Positive way as soon as possible.

This is for your kind information that three days back I have purchased a Sim No.- [protected] which belongs to Madhumita Samanta, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

But its very unfortunate that after providing all the necessary documents till now my Sim has not been activated. I am harrased like anything.

I really mean to say that in this fairly competitive world, should we really expect lot better from reliance atleast !
