SBI Bank — showing overdue of Rs.3504 on credit card

i have applied for home loan in sbi bank coz i have been alloted a plot in noida authority when the loan was ready for approval the chief manager showed me the report of cibil showing the overdue for credit card.i tried my best to recollect the memories but could not find anything wrong in creditcard history it is my humble reqest to cibil kindly indicate me the name and credit no. of the concern case so that ican look forward for no dues certificate and could be able to purchase a dream plot of mine

my self nigam bhut my saving account no.- [protected] at keshod branch.
i am and lots of people suffering.with ATM facility,
every 3 or 4 day ATM machine not working,
and only one sbi ATM in keshod so many people face troubling with that problem.
so see carefully this meter and do needful action for same,
i hope u solve this problem as early as possible.
