We had opened Demat Accounts in your Polytechnic branch of Ahmedabad in the scheme of ‘IPO Funding” with eztrade account of Motilal Oswal Securities. The Bank had charged Rs.300 on 20.12.07 per account.
As we had not require accounts, we had closed in November 08. However, They have charged per account Rs.300 again in March, 2009 and because of your charges, in the two accounts balance has gone below the minimum balance amount and respected branch has taken charges of Rs.200. So we are really surprised from complicated charging method. Every broking company charges yearly from opening date of account to exact ending date of month of next year but SBI charges differently from other. A new customer who opens an account does not know that he will have to pay twice a year.

We don’t expect all these from reputed and prime bank of the India. I requested to SBI please look in the matter and reverse back all the charges. We have been charged massively by both sides. So we really are not able to bear this kind of charges. .Branch taking Rs.200 per quarter, when i discussed with manager they replied me if Demat section will reverse your charges then we will also do the same. Please help us. Details are as under

how can i apply for credit card and master card.

I am also facing the same problem with SBI demat account. the customer service desk is 100% not supportive and no co operation is expected from them. Its about more than a months i have got the passwords, I cant trade in my account as it is not opening .

I have applied for Demat account opening in SBI Bank, i received the account opening kit, and i also got the login password and trading password. But i am not received user name my mail id.

Online Trading Account Opening Too Late

I have applied for Online Trading account opening in SBI Bank of Shivpuri Branch on 21st oct, but still i have not received the account opening kid, no response from the bank. the customer centre says we will let you know, the same answer daily. but still not opened.(nearly 17 days has completed) please help me.

Good afternoon sir.i going to bank to open an account. For this fill the application form and take my voter identification card and bsnl phone bill with name of my father but the bank manager not accepted and says phone bill also with my name i doesnot have another proofs.branch code is 2700 chandole branch not accepted.finaly i cannot open my account in sbi.All my family numbers have account in this branch.i am very disappointed to ur service for me.

i applied for a new Demat A/c before a month as per the bank's terms it will be issued with in 15 days but till now i haven't recive my new demat A/c . please help me on this ..

My SBI demat account No.[protected] was opened a few months back. I had applied for online transaction rights too. An amount of Rs400/- was debited from my SB account too but the online transaction Username and password has not been sent to me till date. The representative of the bank is also not answering my phone calls now. The account was opened at SBI, Town Branch, Thrissur, Kerala. Kindly advice on the matter.

sir, i m a govt.employee .i have salary account at SBBJ PIPAR CITY, JODHPUR, i applied for demat account at branch of SBBJ .pr road jaipur.on 26 october, my demat account was open on31 october.still im unable to transact with the account .my demat no is 10050086 and esb no is.17198.
All the documents i submitted are correct, as im agovt. emloyee and my account is salary account.and i have been paying incom tax regularly.u can check the detailes of my PAN .
SIR, should i hope that one day i will be able to transect in the demat account given by the bank.

i appied for demat 3 months ago but still im waitinng for.my esb no is 17198, im a govt employee and provided all the correct documentsand have salary account in SBBJ BANK PIPARCITY JODHPUR.I would suggest please dont try to open the demat account in sbi.
