good evening sir/madam
i would like to complaint against the State bank staffs in Valparai town for their disrespect towards the customers. This is a hill station sorrounded by 64 Tea Estate and most of the customers of the bank are the labours of these estates. The bank staffs are really showing their disrespect towards the customers verbally and also don't say a reasonable answer for any kind of questions or enquires the customers...

I am having a SBI credit card since last 3/4 years and facing problems like non receipt of statements or receiving mostly in late, even if amount has been deposited in time, it took a long time to clear that amount ( at least a week), and mostly it is very difficult to open their web site to check your account details. I have already paid the full amount of SBI Credit card which have been used by me through SBI Credit Card But I do not understand why the are sending the falls statement again and again with some due amount which have not been availed by me through Credit Cards.

Please rectify this Issue as soon as possible and also let me know that how to Destroy this Credit Card as I do not want do use this Credit card further in future.br...

IN SHORT I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT I HAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AS PER THE SETTLEMENT LETTER BUT THESE BANKS HAVE NOT YET REMOVED MY NAME FROM SATYAM ONLINE OR CIBIL. THEY ARE EXPLOITING THE INDIAN CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF PROVIDING CREDIT CARDS BUT ACTUALL THEY ARE DEGRADED KABULIWALAS AND THEY EXTORT HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY DISHONESTLY. I WOULD URGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO STOP USING THIR CARDS AS THEY ARE THRIVING ON PUBLIC MONEY AND PUTTING...
