[Resolved]  SBI Demat Account — Demat Account Opening Too Late

dear sir
i have applied for Demat account opening in SBI Bank on 4th july, the bank has deducted the amount for opening the account on 12 july, but still i have not received the account opening kid, but their website says only 10 days to open but this takes too long, no response from the bank. the customer centre says we will let you know, the same answer daily. but still not opened.(nearly 20 days has completed)

I AM A STAFF MEMBER AND OPENED DMAT AC MY AC IS DEBITED WITH Rs.400/- ON 15.09.2011. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE SBICAP REP AT PBB GUNROCK BR., MY AMOUNT IS NOT REVERSED NOR I HAVE PROVIDED ANY ASSISTANCE IN CONVERTING PHYSICAL SHARES AS PROMISED BY YOUR REP.SIX MONTHS ELASPED WITHOUT ANY WORK. I HAVE REQUESTED TO CLOSE MY DMAT AC..NO REPLY. I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABONT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER EXCEPT CHARGES THAT YOU HAVE DEBITED. I FEEL ASHAMED TO PUT THIS INFORMATION ON THE NET. BUT I COULD NOT HELP.

SBI Demat Account charges are show at their site are till 31st Dec. 2009. New customer cannot get idea about current charges of Demat account. Hence requested to Update the site on regular intervals... Thanks...

Poor SBI DEMAT services — updating of bank details
