My self is rahul kapoor and me credit card a/c number is[protected].Mr. sarvesh([protected]) setteled my a/c in rs 23000 and i gave the chq of rs 10000+13000 in dec07 but rs10000 is cleared from my bank and 13000 is bal.now i request to mr sarvesh (head amritsar)so many times that please give me the settelement letter but now they ignore me.today i already log a call number [protected].i already have hdfc card from last 2years his service is very good.
Sir this is third time that ur exective promise me and they dont fulfill.please action on them or call me i will tell u my history of a/c.my contact numbers are [protected], [protected],

i know that SBI is good group but i think i[censored] have that kind of peaple so that customers are not satisfy.in amritsar there are lots of complaints againt ur exective pls help me so that i will pay the charges of sbi card.plz call me or mail me i wait response from ur side

Ge online in madurai — cheating

no confuse.. ge online is fraud, after collecting membership amount they didnt response
Dear sir,
I used my sbi card no [protected] and paid the dues properly. I took cash from atm at Madurai and paid the same in two or three instalments . Then i tore and submitted the card in the month of Sep 2007.After that i received many calls from the rep and asked me to pay the balance that is interest. I paid the same and asked them to clear the card and they also said yes to my request.But they did not. I paid more than what i encashed. Still i received calls from Chennai asking me to pay the interest.But i strongly said that i could not. I received notice also from the lawyers and they also asked me either to pay or send message to you. I feel deeply disgusted by the calls and reminders. Still i receive statement from you. I kindly request you to waive the interest amount accuring in my name on its own.It is not my fault. Pl verify the amount i paid to settle the card as per the representative's request. But they did not. This is for your kind perusal and information

SBI Credit Card — regarding credit card which was expired on july 2008

my sbi credit card no. [protected] which was expired on july 2008 till now i ve not received new card though annual credit card fees of rs.750 charged in the month of august, 2008.

Royal Sundram has made a policy without asking me and for that sbi has charged and send me the detail and continously askinig about the due payment. SBI Credit Card — insurance policy attached with credit card but not informed me

Dear Sir/Madam,
Three year back i had applied for credit card but credit card had not received me.but statement was received with including insurance policy premium Rs.3550 something which was not informed me by executive. and now total outstanding is Rs.15745.69 such sms received on my mobile so what i can do right now. Actually I have not used credit card for single paisa also.
I request to revert total outstanding Rs.15745.69 on credit card because without sending policy certificate how they can debit insurance premium on my credit card account and I already informed about cancellation of insurance when i was saw in statement first time in 2006

SBI Credit Card — wrong stalment letter

i have sbi Cr card, [protected] i have alrady paid my stalment amount of Rs7000 by my hdfc bank cheque No is 00400062 cheque issue date is 17/07/08 & clearing date is 22/07/08 after stalment i tride it many times that what happened with me but no body want to listion Sbi collection gays only harashing me from delhi team

in stalment letter card no is wrong [protected] this falt is from SBI side When i paid Chaque to u that time i didnt have my sbi card so i saw only my name & address and i gave the chaque to collector surjeet kumar ( singh enterprises collection agency kanpur) now sbi card team ph no [protected] says u have to pay again in your card and they are harasing & abuseing me now pls help me what should i do i have prof of all these things

As per instuctions from your department I handover my cheque to your representative on 25th or 28th may 2009. State Bank of India — Enumerate calls received for Collections

This is to state that in the month of August I started getting calls from various numbers stating that when are you paying . The calls are so harsh and threatening .On 21st August when everything was going above my head I asked the lady calling to provide me her name so that I can complaint .To which she refused to disclose. After a while she told me that she is Preeti and didnt tell me her Employee code .She called me 18 times from 10.15AM to 10.50AM and I almost attended 10-12 calls you can check the call details as she is calling from a mobile number [protected].
I would like to highlight here that how can someone call anyone for so many times. I was driving down to my office and I am on family way and have a BP poroblem, I have been asked to avoid tensions . But with these kind of people I think I would be suffering from serious ailments and I will hold SBI for the same as this female is representing SBI to me. Without any notication or any details how can someone call up for payments out of the blue. I hold SBI responsible for this inhiman behaviour of its employees and in future if suffer any kind of problem will hold it only responsible especially this female Preeti .

I am having SBI card no [protected]. I booked a gift(item code IK086) against my rewards point(3200 point) on dated 19.7.2009. Sir, at the time of booking I was informed that you will receive the gift within two weeks but now it has been completed around six weeks and no gift have been received by me. I complained vide complaint no [protected] in between and it was informed me that you will get it very soon, but no further message or status has been delivered to me from your side.
Sir, I request you to solve the matter as soon as possible, either you deliver the gift or return back the rewards point in my account.

5 years back I submitted my credit card and cleared all my dues, therefore nothing is due. But recently, they are giving me calls frequently to pay dues for Rs. 10000 due account maintaining .Why should I pay the fees since I discontinued the card for long time. In between I did not receive any written information . Please take care.

Now I cannot remember the card number also and no document id lying with me because the system of submission of card is made in such a way so that they can harass in future.
Pl. Look into the matter.
