State Bank of India — Non functioning of ATM Card
My ATM Card (state bank of India) is not working, ATM slip shows the "UNABLE TO PROCESS"but meanwhile there is Amount balance in my account, what is the reason for it? plz guide me for easy process. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Sir/ Madam,
On 08.07.2011 at about 16.36 P.M., I went to an ATM Counter of Axis Bank ( at Industrial Estate Rd, Patna) to withdarw cash of Rs.10000.00. The payment was declined, but the balance inquiry is showing debit of Rs. 10000.00. I tried to contact the nearest Axis Bank branch at Boring Rd, Patna, but it was closed then. My SBI ATM Card is Issued by SBI Motihari Bazar Branch. So I cannot contact in right now. Kindly look into the matter. My A/C & Transaction Details are given below.

Despite my request vide No. 10447 at this forum about two months back, SBI has not intimated me my new PIN of my Debit Card. My ATM CUM DEBIT CARD No. is[protected] which has been lying blocked. On 14.09.2011 at about 05:30pm I went to an ATM Counter of SBI to withdrawn cash for Rs.3000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. Immidiately contact Customercare and they told that the debited amount (Rs.3000) will credited to your account automatically with in 24hrs. But unfortunately till date after giving oral complain (twice) to the respective branch manager neither any reply was given nor my amount has credited to my account. At the same time another 2 customers are suffering from the same case. I think this is a major security laps related to ATM. So, kindly look in to the matter.

I have SBI saving account no. [protected] , today I used ICICI bank atm,for the withdrawal of Rs.10000.00, I recieved the money, but in account Rs.20.00 debited extra ( 10020.00 instead of 10000.00), there are 2 atm of SBI one in Budh bazar, another near road way bus stand, both were not working ( may be out cash, shutter was closed), this month I made three withdrawals from atms other than that of SBI . ( only in case SBI atms were not working or out of cash).you are requested to go through the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

On 03/10/2011 during 19.15 hrs to 19.30 hrs. I had gone to INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK ATM(12760) located at Sri Sampat Vinayaka Temple to withdraw the money . When I checked my account details in the net I was surprised to find above mentioned failed transactions were debited from my account. Immediately I have raised a complaint at toll free number detailing the whole issue.

SAME I HAD RECHECK FROM SBI BANK AND FOUND THAT TRANSITION FAIL AMOUNT RS 2000 REALLAY
DIDUCTED.
THAT TIME SECURITY GUARD AVAILABLE AT HDFC BANK TOLD THAT WITHIN 24 HOURS AUTOMATICALY TO BE RETURN IN THE ACCOUNT, BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED.
SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND RETURN THE WONGLY DEBITED AMOUNT(RS 2000) IN MY ACCOUNT.

This is to inform you that on dated 10/08/11, I went to ATM of HDFC bank ltd., ratu road branch to withdraw money and accordingly i put option to withdraw Rs. 20, 000/- but ATM machine not accepted the amount. then i put option for Rs. 10, 000/-. this time, i also not get money from that machine. i, thought, there might be no money in that ATM machine. So, i choose the next machine which was fixed sideby and withdraw Rs. 10.000/-
In the night, i got 2 nos. SMS allert massage from SBI mentioning two times withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/- each. As the next day was weekly closing of my bank SBI, H.H. Colony, H-11, Ranchi, So, i gave written complain to my branch on next openig day i.e on 12/08/11. Later on as per concerned bank officer advice, i also lodge complain on this matter to tall free no [protected] but till date the wrongly debited amount of RS.10, 000- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) has not been credited to my SB A/c no [protected]. My SBI ATM Card no. is[protected]. As per bank statement 1st withdrawal is from ATM 468 HDFC Bank ltd. Upper Bazar Branch and 2nd Withdrawl is from ATM 5027 HDFC Bank ltd. Ratu Road Branch. The 2nd withdrawal is correct. I hope you will take necessary action to solve my problem for immediaye credit of Rs. 10, 000/- to my SB A/c.

I am the holder of SBI Bank ATM Card bearing No.622018xxxxxxx2385 in respect of A/c No. [protected](joint Account). On 01.12.201, I tried three times to collect money through my ATM Card from Dakshin Para Road -, Kolkata-28, West Bengal, SBI ATM. But my effort was failed as the SBI ATM machine was unable process my instruction and no slip was issued. Then I went to nearby a U.C.O Bank ATM where I also tried three times under TXN No. 9064 at 20:25 pm, for Rs.15000/-, TXN No. 9067 at 20:29 pm for Balance Enquiry, and TXN No. 9069 at 20:32 pm for Rs.5000/- respectively under Response Code 072.But in each occasion, slip issued stating " Sorry, unable to process" and thus I failed to collect any amount of money from the ATM.
However, 02/12/2011, I collected money Rs. 15000/- through my ATM Card from Bikash Bhawan Branch, ATM at 9:50 am under TXN No. 4382 and Response Code 000 but the issued slip shows the available balance Rs.1, 84, 792.20 which is less than 20, 000/- from my actual available balance.
I, therefore request you to enquire the matter and take steps to rectify the actual balance standing at my credit. I expect early feedback from you.

Sir, I am a customer of your esteemed kalapathar branch (in orissa). my complaint is that earlier I had two(2) ATM cards in my Savings A/c No-[protected], but I had surrendered one ATM card one year back(Card No[protected]). In recent past while I enquired my A/C I found that Rs.200/- debited as card charge(Rs.100/- for each card). On 04.04.11 at 15.09 I used my debit card (no.[protected] to withdraw 3000/- from SBI ATM situated at SBBJ bank building, sec-5, Rohini,
Delhi but after completion of transaction process the payment was not made due to light failure even transaction slip also not delivered by ATM. Immediately I met SBBJ OFFICIALbecause that ATM is working under this bank and he told your money will not be debited.Next day when Ichecked, 3000/-was already debited from my account (no.[protected]) .I informed it to my bank SBI, SARASWATI VIHAR, NEW DELHI, in written, but it is more than 2 months now, they have not taken any action and I am loosing interest on this ammount.It is very unfortunate that after giving written complain to the respective branch manager, neither reply wasgiven normy ammount has been credited.Pl. do the needfull at the earliest.Thanking you.
