State Bank of India — not take serious the matter
I Govind Kumar Singh, joint a/c holder of the above mentioned account and ATM card, with my father Karu Singh.On 04th of March 2012,I had used my ATM Card to withdraw Rs.4000/- & Rs.100 respectively at an ICICI bank ATM machine located at Uttarpara.but I didn't received the money either times and neither I got transaction slip. But Rs.4100 is debited from my account.
I had complained to your branch ,and got complain ticket no .AT[protected] & AT[protected] for the two transaction ,and they told that your complaint solved in 10 to 15 days but till date .when I go to branch for inquiry about that matter they didn't give proper answer and doing irritating behavior with me .
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and do the needful as early as oblige .
I have International Debit Card No. [protected] issued from SBI, Garacharama, Port Blair and with Account No. [protected] operating in your branch at Port Blair . I am not able withdraw money from ATM. Right now I am in Lansing, Michigan, USA.
I have send request Contact Centre, Branch Mnager and also I have send one of my preservative (Mr Mohd. Arif) to rectify my International Debit Card to you main Branch as it is not working and I am unable to withdrawal money from any ATM Machine in East Lansing, Michigan, USA. Initially my account was operational at SBI, Garacharma Branch, but at currency exchange they had transfer to SBI Main Branch, Port Blair.
Again I would like request you kindly help in this regard as don't hay with me. When I am contacting at Customer service at number[protected]BSNL or MTNL numbers) and[protected], they suggesting me to contact Branch. I have sent my representative to your Branch they said you call Contact Centre. Now tell me what should I do, Now I am helpless.
I am in great problem, please rectify it so that I will be able withdraw money. Otherwise you say that it cannot be rectify it, then I can make other arrangement. I am in great trouble; please help me otherwise after my return to India I will do to Honorable Court.

Dear Sir,
My Son Javed iqbal has registered for XAT examination on 24th November and paid the amount Rs. 950 online. The amount had been deducted twice from my account. He has sent several mails and called your office many times but did not get any positive reply. Attached is the copy of passbook marked with the two times deductions. On 03.08.2013 at about 11.36 am I went to an ATM Counter o[censored]nion Bank of India to withdrawn cash Rs 5000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made. Very soon I got to another ATM counter of SBI and got a mini statement and found that a sum of Rs. 5000/- is debited. I contact with the Union Bank of Authority but they have not taken any action. The State Bank authority told that it will credited to your account automatically within 24hrs. But unfortunately till date the amount has not been credited to my account.
So, kindly look in to the matter.
