I AM A SBI DEBIT CUM ATM CARD HOLDER, WHEN I CASH WITHDRAWL ON 28.08.2010 THROUGH MY ATM CARD ON CENTRAL AVENUE ATM COUNTER OF RS 200 /- BUT I SEE MY MINI STATEMENT DEBIT THE THIS AMOUT TWOWISE ON 28.08.2010. BUT I RECEIVE THE CASH ONLY ONE TIME, WHAT IS THIS ?????

ATM Not Working for post 20 Days.

The ATM is not working for last fow week.ATM is installed near by SBI Uklana Mandi.Dist.Hissar Haryana.If we the common pepole use to go withdraw money, We are facing
mouch problem.

Dear Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that on 27/11/2010 at about 07:45 P. M. I want to an ATM Counter o[censored]. Co. Bank at Baguiati and punched my ATM Card in the machine of said ATM Counter to withdraw a sum of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) from my above stated savings account. But unfortunately, the said ATM machine showed “Cash Unavailable” on its screen and I did not get any money from that machine. I tried twice, but the result was some as before.

After that I went to another ATM Counter of S. B. I., Baguiati at about 07:57 P. M. and withdraw a sum of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) from the said counter vide TXN. No. – 3673 dated 27/11/2010.

In the mean time I have received 2 (Two) massages on 27/11/2010 in my mobile phone (No. [protected]) from your end. First massage received by me at about 07:56 P. M. stating my balance amount of Rs. 256/- (Two Hundred Fifty Six) after deduction of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) from main balance and on the second massage at about 08:23 P. M. you had credited the said deducted sum of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) showing a balance of Rs. 656/- (Six Hundred Fifty Six).

Being harassed and puzzled by these massages from you, I have visited on dated 28/11/2010 at your branch and got up-to-date of my Bank Pass Book. But surprisingly I found that you have debited Rs. 800/- (Twice @ Rs. 400/-) instead of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) from my main balance.

Then I made a complain to your Customer Care vide Ticket No. AT[protected] dated 29/11/2010 against the said illegal deduction of Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) from my account.

Therefore my earnest request to you to please look into this matter urgently and do the needful for Credit of ` 400/- (Four Hundred) into my above referred savings bank account at your earliest for which I shall be highly obliged to you.

Hi sir my a/c no.is [protected] main branch misrabazar ghazipur .I miss our ATM card anywhere so i do FIR before some days n talk to manager then he give no for taking pin [protected], [protected]so i am daily doing phone for pin but thats no are always not give any response so i want our pin n our new ATM.

My SBI Debit card No[protected] with accout no [protected](branch code 5680) lying at 4 Baburam Ghosh Road.Kolkata-700040.and that has been used on 14/03/2011 about 5.30pm at Baburam Ghosh Road ATM counter for withdraw Rs 5000/- from my accout, because money was needed urgently.But it is very much regretted that ATM not delivered the amount Rs 5000/- but it has been debited from my account as withdraw. let me know what is this ?This is one kind of cheating.
My money perpoused not been surved from your ATM, but money has been debited from my account.kindly look in to the matter urgently and return unwithdrawn money to my account.

On 04.04.11 at about 4.35pm I went to an ATM Counter of SBI to withdrawn cash for Rs.3600/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. Immidiately I contract with nearest SBI bank, they told that your account will debited 3600Rs. and said that the debited amount (Rs.3600) will credited to your account automatically with in 24hrs. But unfortunately after 24hrs giving written complain (twice) to the respective branch manager neither any reply was given nor my amount has credited to my account. At the same time another 2 customers are suffering from the same case. I think this is a major security laps related to ATM. So, kindly look in to the matter.

Sir,

I had paid Rs 300 online self assessment income tax through debit card through internet at 8.30 pm on 14.08.2011 but that time transaction was scheduled for 15.04.2011 and Ref no was IK08541853 and on 15.04.2011 Rs 300 was deducted from my S/A No- [protected] but Related challan was not issued.

When I talk with SBI helpline at [protected] 8 times they suggest for go to Branch ( Laxmi Nagar, Delhi)

On 18.04.2011 When I went Laxmi Nagar Branch , People at Branch Takes 2 hrs but lastly denied me and revert the problem to talk at helpline.

I request kindly take the action to recover the Rs 300 and against SBI Branch for ignorance of that.

Why Sri Anna Hazare go for fast and strike it only bad and ignorance behaviour of Govt Institution.

dear sir, I Nitin Chandra Gupta of an account holder of SBI Kadamkuan code 1561 with account no [protected] went to Bank of india ATM (ATM11140AUN9001) Naubatpur patna bihar 801109 and tried to withdraw rs 4000/- after this action or process i got rs 4000/- successfully but when i saw my account summary my balance has reduced by two times of rs 4000- and balance has became rs 4881/- instead of rs. 8881/- . Sir i am getting financial hardship please look this matter as most urgent because i am a force personnel and i am unable to reach my home branch because i am posted at delhi.

State Bank of India — NON CREDIT OF AMOUNT OF WHICH WITHDRAWAL FAILED

Sir, my account of SBI is at Bangalore([protected]), but being in defence we keep on moving. In that on 25 Apr 11 I, tried to withdraw 3000/- rupees from UBI ATM machine, pritamnagar, allahabad. As the machine was about to push the money power went of and i neither got the money nor any receipt. I immediately called bank to register my complain, but they didn'd register my complain because i didn't had the receipt detail which i didn't had as it was not given by the machine. One of the customer care of SBI asked to to call after 24 hours.

they have given me docket number AP[protected] which is not yet clear i Rs.3000/- is still pending for credit in my account. Request early resolution.
