dear Sir I have Lost MY SBI ATM card Password :- **** .

What is the solution for it ? OR What should i do to get my password OR further procedure to use my ATM card. my ATM card number is[protected].

My name is Amit Saraswat I enroll and opened with State bank Of Indor and sb a/c but which ATM card has given to me with pin no., problem occured that whenever I insert my card in any ATM, It msg me ur PIN is not correct and re-enter ur pin no.
My s/b a/c no. is [protected] and my card no. is[protected] and validation of ATM CARD is Aug. 09

this to inform you that i am a customer of your bank joint to my mother's account.ac-no/- [protected] (tanika das and swapna das)place baripada, orissa..recently on 29.01.10 i had requested for surrendering the atm card of mine as it was not in the working condition from the beginning and was not in use.we had already in the name of mother(swapna das) another atm card so i had requested for it's surrender.your employee gave me a re-issue form when i asked again that i want a surrender form, she said "it's the same".she also gave me a phone no.to block it by myself.when i called upon there the person asked a many questions then finally said my atm card is blocked and can be surrenderd in bank.and now what i feared has happened.instead of surrendering they have sent a new atm card in my name deducting 200/- from our joint account.please help.and take necessary action against your employee who has little knowledge about, surrendering and re-issuing.
