I have two recharge through sbi net banking , one of Rs 50 and one of Rs 20 the same has not done. It is request that refund my amount and i want a advice that my id not work for mobile recharge.

I had registered my mobile number for my ATM card. But still I find problem during the transaction. During transaction I got a message that mobile number is not registered for my ATM card. So what is the solution for this?
