I bank with your Mudfort(Secunderabad-A.P) Branch. My ATM card was issued on April 2004. The card no.is[protected]. This card is awafully mutiliated. While i am able to use it succusffully in SBI ATMs after great deal of efforts, it is being rejected in other bank ATMs. I gave two applications (as the first one was misplaced by the Mudfort Branch authorities). So far i have not receoved replacement ATM card despite lapse of 2 months. Kindly do the needful.

I am sbi account holder with Rajkot Gayakwadi plot branch since
2003 few day ago on 8th March 2008 account transfer st Rajkot Mavdi Area Ring Road Branch and i apply for ATM card on 15th March 2010 when i submitted application officer say you have also issuud ATM card and collect from gayakwadi branch i visit at same branch and told to manager thay said we are destroyer old cards but never inform to me by branch and mavdi ring road branch officer say you give us application for duplicate card and we will debit 200 Rs. from you against other card sir i have not seen my ATM card and branch not inform to me for same and no any transaction seen in my account please do need ful and reply
