[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Yet not received ATM Card

with due to respect and humble i beg to state that for following few lines kindly considerable action please.
Iam Thangjam jiten singh from sector-8 (Dwarka) new delhi-77 i am a customer of SBI and my account number is [protected] iam opening on dated 04/10/12 sbi branch sector -23 new delhi-77 I Have not recived my sbi atm debit card and multicity check book to till today. I have also qurried at my post office but no atm debit card and multicity ckeck book recieved them. I am facing so many problems for this.For Please take necessary action and send me about my ATM DEBIT CARD AND MULTICITY CHECK BOOK FOR FOLLOWING ADDRESSEE:-

Sir I not yet received my atm card an my a/C no is [protected] an I applied in dec 30th 2011 I got atm bt as I dint received pin it ws nt valid so I cancelled it and appiled fr atm again bt nt yet recived sir so plz refer it 1's sir..thnx in advance..am from chotuppal branch and nalgonda district..an i applied again b4...4 mnths back...so plz refer it sir...

Sir i have applied for atm card on 5/6 times in dimapur branch, dimapur nagaland code no 00072 i want to know that when i could get my atm card because i could not get my atm card till now.

Sir i have applied for ATM card on 14 DEC 2012 in DEVIGANJ branch, FATEHPUR i want to know that when i could get my ATM card.My account no is-[protected].

My self V Kanagaraj and Mrs K Vasuki are the joint account holder of SBI MEG & Centre Branch and our account No is [protected]. My joint account holder Mrs K Vasuki has applied for additional atm card during the month of Dec 12 last year. I received the message on my mobile that the card was dispatched and recently the pin No reached the bankers but i have not received any atm card so far. Please do the needful action for reaching he card to my address as we mentioned in our account details.

I, Syed Ahmed my Savings bank A/c no.[protected] I applied ATM card in the month of march @ Om Nagar, Gulbarga code 4410 recently I got transfere this A/c from Keshwapur Branch Hubli the residential previous not change in application present address mentioned and sbi authority issued atm card on old address please returned to Om Nagar or My residential address No.5-993/28/52 Akbar Bagah Colony Near Tippu Chowk Ring Road, Gulbarga-585104. First of all i have applied the atm in the month of the 8th nov-2013 since i have not received the atm i have applied again by taking the words of accountant in the consideration.
Even though when i applied twice above & in the month of November i did not received the atm till date by post to the address. today i called in branch they said fill new application but why ????? i do not understand what happening in Branch.

i am not getting what is the problem with the application form and the issue of the atm card to this account
If there is any problem please inform me and please accept my form and issue the atm card.
