[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Yet not received ATM Card

I have SB Account at State Bank of India, Dondaparthi Branch, Visakhapatnam vide A/c No.[protected]. My old ATM card has been spoiled and I have applied for a new one personally at the above Branch by submitted application on 20th August 2014. But till this date, no such ATM card is not received to me even it is nearing one month to be completed . Meanwhile I have mailed 2 times to the Bank authorities regarding non-receipt of ATM card, but in vain. sir, i hav opened my account in s.f road branch siliguri(west bengal) on 3rd january 15, but still not received my debit card -
i have enquired this at the said branch, they said the pin number had already come, they also gave me the speedpost tracking number EQ[protected]IN, and asked me to enquire at the post office. ifound that it has been despatched from delhi on 7th and delivered to kolkata on 8th.. now my query is that when i am going to receve my debit card as it is very urgent. please do the needful..
