SBI Card Privilege Circle Offer — Non delivery of offer kit

I was offered Privilege kit against credit card no. [protected] and subsequently Rs.6067 was debited to my card on 11 Aug 2011. I was assured that the privilege kit will be delivered to me within 15 days. I haven't received the so called kit till this date ie 16 Oct 2011 inspite of calling them at [protected] number of times. Now since last few weeks this number rings once and then goes dead. It is now very clear to me that I have been cheated and I am at a loss to understand as to whom to complain.

It’s really surprising to see such reviews regarding SBI card; I completely disagree with them. Last year SBI cards has given a privilege circle program on the behalf of Plat5 Consultancy to his customers. I also got the call & I enrolled myself in the incredible offer that included one way air ticket, 2 night and 3 days holiday stay and a free gift(wrist watch). Also, I received 500 reward points absolutely free with this offer which I added to my already exiting reward points’ kitty. The executive was very clear about the program & the offer was made available at an affordable cost of just Rs 6067 only. I took the program and I got the confirmation of my trip within 35 days. It was indeed one of the best holidays ever for my family. Shall like to get enrolled for this offer again...

Hi all I am felling glad to tell you my personal experience about plat5 consultancy. I have taken this privilege circle offer last year; I was out of station for some time because of work. I forgot about the offer but when I came back to my home, I saw the Privilege circle kit in my home. I saw that the vouchers. It depressed me i thought my amount has waste but at that time I decided to contact to Privilege circle helpline no. mentioned on the kit. I spoke to them about each and everything and my situation and to my utter surprise, they told that they shall consider my vouchers on exceptional basis. They did this by extending the applying period for 2 days so that Hard copy of vouchers could reach them. Later, I got bookings done for Nanital which was quite satisfactory.

As per the offer benefits of Plat5 SBI privilege circle program, I received my complimentary gift watch within a month of placing my purchase order, after one week passed away I also had issues regarding their services and was in dilemma whether they are true or not so I called on their helpline number and talked to Ms Tanya from Delhi and she cleared all my issues and apologies for the inconvenience caused. She further assured me that my kit will reach me within a month and I got my kit within a week of placing my complaint and the polo watch I received was truly worth my money. I was going through some comments here on this page and read a comment from someone that they have received a defective watch, this is ridiculous I mean this is the case of bad handling and not a case of fraud.

Dear friends, being an SBI card user, I too, received call for Plat5’s Privilege circle program membership a year back. I would like to inform all of you before they offered me this membership, I was clearly informed of all the terms and conditions very clearly and also informed me of the places which were covered under the scheme(though, this was informed to me when I asked them to provide the list of holiday destinations). No doubt, if a person is ignorant while making a purchase, he will face inconvenience. Instead of pointing fingers on the company, they should be little more attentive while making a purchase. Hello guys, I have a mix experience while availing the services of Plat5 SBI privilege circle program. I requested them to book my hotel room in Pondicherry for which they took a lot of time, consequently I had to go through little bit of inconvenience, but on the other hand when I went for y trip; the stay & accommodation was far superior to my expectations. They had earlier assured me a good services in future, and soon I realized it after going for my vacation. In fact, my holidays were a privilege in true sense. Regards Plat5 & SBI cards!!! SBI - the most important and trusted National Bank is misusing the its name by cheating its valuable customers through the SBI Credit Card - Previlege Circle Program. This is a BIG Cheat program by providing unwanted gifts to customers and deducting money through the Credit card. When you ask them, they have no satisfactory answers or suggestion.

WANT EVERYONE TO BE AWARE ABOUT THIS CHEAT PROGRAM - you are contacted through telephone and gifts land in your home as VPP without your confirmation.

NEXT TIME SOMEONE CALLS BEWARE THAT YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE - IT IS BEING CONTINUED IN 2012.

I did not receive the money withdrawn from he ATM.

I Mohammed Abdul Nayeem Munawwer, withdrew Rs 1000 on[protected] but did not receive the amount. May be the ATM had the problem because I received the msg stating that the amount has been withdrawn. Please look into this matter.
