Date of Joining : 23/07/96
Date of Maturity : 22/7/16

There are many people who had invested in steling Magnum Tree. I am also one of them. Unfortunatly no concerned department is interested in solving the problem. We do not know how long it will take. Will the concumer foram take appropriate action to speed up the court matter and get us justice

The Pramoter of Company Mr Subramanyam Cheated. no response till date I visited Chennai.Banglore
for sevaral times no adress is avilable of Sterling Tree Magnum.the pramoters of company should be Prosucuted so many small investors are cheated by the company.they have cheated same way other sterling ventures.

I had purchased a Teak Tree from Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd on 21/5/1992 at a cost of Rs 975.00 vide certificate no. T 11416 & Serial No. 011527. Please note that the schemed is mature on 20/5/2012.

Since 2007 on wards i do not have any communication as my all letters sent to their chennai address is
returned to me "NO SUCH ADDRESS"

Please let me know the current status of this company and address.

sterling tree magnum India — Investment in teak tree

I kalpana robinson had invested in sterling tree magnum-Rs.1825 in 1997 ,No A164970. Since then I have not heard from this company about the returns promised at the time of invetment.

TEAK TREE — no returns & change of address

i the owner {SHAGUN JAIN} of teak tree wich i hv purchased on 17/02/1996 and its maturity date is 16/02/2016.
my teak tree was plantead at (strumudikarai planatation in siva ganga taluk, pasumpon muthuramalinga thevar district.)
MOROVERE ,i hvn't recevied my FIRST INTERIUM wch was due on 16/02/2002
SECOND INTERIUM wch was due on 16/02/2008
and i hve send the letter for the change of my adress with the draft of Rs 50 on 17/06/2010 and i hvn't gt any positive answer over it. with the dra
i am really vry upset about it, kindly have a deep look over my complaint.

please put ur immediate attention towards the request

By any chance, anybody have the pamphlet praising the qualification and experience of the Board of Directors of STM. So that we can trace whether these culprits are involved in Sterling Resorts, Sterling Holidays, Sterling Computers, etc.

Pl note that I have purchased 15 trees @ 2250 for Rs 22950 in 1994. i have tried a lot by correspondance but they have left the office. For going to court whether we have to lodge it from Chennai or we can do from chandigarh also due to my posting. Anybody please guide me what is the best course of action.
