[Resolved]  Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd — Purchase of a teak tree

I purchased one teak tree for Rs. 1775 on 17th April 1996 in the name of my son, a minor at that time and me as the guardian.
The certificate No. is K 29377. Can someone tell me the status of STM and also the court litigation. Is there any possibility of recovery of the promised sum?

Till now I didn't received any call or message from the company. I invested my amount around 50000in that year.
I referred to my family people they also taken. Now I became fool before them

Ilourdina Saldana invested in 27 +1= 28 trees with the company but no interinm returns and no information as to whats going on . Wrote to company but the companies address doesnt exist anymore. If anybody can help please contact at email address [protected]@yahoo.in

I have purchased 30 trees at the cost of rs 1475/=per tree. On 28/02/1995. It matured on 27/02/2015. Till date there is no news of any kind from the company.
Streling being one of the prestigous chain of companies, thiis kind of response is not expected.

I Jawahar Lal Mehta purchased two teak tree from STM in the year Sept.1994 worth Rs.1450/- each. The company committed after 20 years shall be paid Rs.144000/- But no any reply or reponse from Company site. Please any body guide me what will be I do.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year and 20 years, I request all the investers to come together and sue the company in the court of law against the fraud done against the innocent inverters.
