[Resolved]  Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd — Purchase of a teak tree

Pl note that I have purchased 2 trees in 1994. For the last several years, I am trying to correspond but failed as there is no trace of this firm. Anybody may please help in getting back my returns.

My grandmother also purchased a teak tree from Sterling Magnum in 1992 for me but till now no interim returns paid.Certificate no:T3138. Please help.

I have invested in 27 teak trees for RS 1775 EACH in STERLING TREE MAGNUM(INDIA)LTD 15years ago, as dated 30/06/1995...and the maturity was given as 29/06/2015 in the name of my wife and daughter.

it was planted at: THEPPAMPATTI PLANTATION in Andipatti Sub-Registration District, Madurai District...

but i have not received any acknowledgement from the company..i request you to look into this matter and contact us as soon as possible..

dear investors, i am also an investor of stm, all r request to their returns, why dont u talk about the teak garden lands, now the land value increese some hndreds times, so all stm company board members playing game to that valuble land, so i request all the investors, pl question to the board members to sold the land and distribute the amount to investors, once i request to tamilnadu government and honable chennai high court take adessisson in this matter.it was very helpful to poor investors.

I have Teak Tree bearing Certificate No : T-17739 purchased in 1992 and as per the procedure, STM has to settle my complete payment since the expiry of the scheme is already over in 2012..

I had purchased One Teakwood Tree from M/s. Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd., Registered Office – 154, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Chennai 600 018, on 24.11.1997 vide Application No. AA0005641 and the Certificate No. 6N00230 after paying a sum of Rs.2, 475.00 by cash and received the TEAKQUITY Certificate duly signed by the Authorized signatory as also signed by Mr. V.N. Pai the Managing Director of the company.
As indicated in the certificate the following payments are due to me from the company:
1. First Interim Returns due on - 23.11.2003, which would be paid by the company on 22.05.2004
2. Second Interim Returns due on - 23.11.2009, which would be paid by the company on 22.05.2010

I have so far received neither any response from M/s. Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd., nor any payments.

The Date of Maturity of the TEAKQUITY CERTIFICATE is 23.11.2017.

I had applied for the TEAKQUITY CERTFICATE while I was staying at Flat No. 2-D, Pocket R, Dilshad Garden, Delhi and now I had shifted my residence from Delhi to Kerala and at present staying at the following address:

I had purchased one Teak Tree worth rs.975/- on 09.03.1993. The maturity dated was 9.03.2013, but as per compnay, i have not received any midturm return or heard anything from company. Hi, i have purchased 2 tree STM in 1994-5 in 2010 irecived one letter from them contain in that letter was ti renew of teak Tree plan, i replied o that letter but no reply from them as of now, certificate is already matured in jan 2013

I'm also a sufferer by investing a sum of Rs 1775/- for one teak tree in the name of my daughter Aishwarya Patnaik on 22.06.1996 where the maturity date is 21.06.2016. but in between I was suppose to receive interim returns from the company on 21.06.2002 & 21.06.2008 respectively.. I had purchased a teak tree worth rs.1275, on 30/6/93 and its maturity date is 29/6/13 with assured mid term payments. However nither has ant mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.
