APPLIED FOR 1000 SHARES OF SVPCL THROUGH ICICI DIRECT.COM. NEITHER REFUND NOR SHARES ALLOTED SO FAR.
i have also applied for SVPCL limited IPO
somewhere in the month of October but unfortunatelately i neither received my refund nor the shares.
On contacting Aarthi Consultants, they first used to say that it will be done in few days, then they changed their statement sayig that SEBI is not completing the formalities....but now when i called three days back they say it is not their problem....in fact that man told me to contact the company direwctly and not the registrars.
i dont know how some people got refund..please help what to do????

I too applied SVPCL IPO. I am not getting any response from the registar of company.Neither they are alloting nor refunding money.
I have Also applied for 500 Shares with Application No. 8040116 & Transaction ID is 4063197. Despite regerous followups with Aarthi COnsultants, There is no Reply. I have mailed them so many times with a CC to SEbi. After one assurance reply there is no developement. neither Allotment nor Refund. Now i think only god knows what is happening with SVPCL?
I have also applied for 1625 shares with application no.2379115,i need refund immediately.

I want my money bank, when ever i contact Aarthi consultants they are saying that in two days it will be listed a want the details at the earliest.
I had applied IPO SVPCL Limited -125 shares an amount of Rs 5625/- Application no : 8034050 .Till I have not received allotment /refund. I need refund immediately.

SVPCL Limited Hyderabad — Not allocating either shares or refunding money
HI i Purchased SVPCL IPO on 23rd october 2007 with following Transaction ID : 4063997 and Application No : 8040468 it has been close to 4 months and the company has neither allocated shares to me or refunded my money, i think they are a 420 company and now i am not interested in the company shares and would like to get my money refunded, i have spoken the company people but they say the cannot give the money back , please assist me in getting my money from such a 420 company I had bid for 500 Equity Shares of SVPCL Limited IPO at cut off price on 22 October 2007 through Bid-cum Application Form No. 2990710. The bid was submitted at Karvy Stock Ltd., Kolkata. The bank cheque no. 38841 was drawn on Ballygaunge Railway Station, Kolkata - 7000 019 amounting to Rs. 22,500/-.
I am sorry to state that I am yet to receive any CAN (confirmation of Allocation Note) from the Registrar.

With reference to the above subject I want to draw your kind attention to the following few points :-
1) That, I had applied for IPO of SVPCL Ltd.vide transaction ID no.4068698 & Application no.-8042083 for 2125 shares and Rs.95625/- have been paid and was accepted (Exchange rate/Date[protected].A lot of time was lapsed till date but no reply.
2) That, I have talked to the Registrar so many times on phone[protected]/27642217, but I could not get any satisfactory answer accept assurance/misguidance.
3) I have applied for refund of whole of the money vide [protected]@aarthiconsultants.com on 08/01/2008,09/01/2008 and 10/01/2008 respectively for three consecutive days but no any action in this regard has been taken and communicated to me so far.
4) That , one letter in this regard has also been mailed to NSE vide email id. : [protected]@nse.co.in. But I could not get no any communication about the above matter from ant source.
5)That , I have already given one reminder to SVPL Ltd. on 31.01.08.But no reply.

I have the same problem with SVPCL issue. I had applied for 250 shares via application form no.8040832 on 23/10/2007. Now its 4 months but neither I have received the shares nor any refund. SEBI should immediately look into the matter and do the needful. These companies are breaching the trust of small investors.
SVPCL IPO — Non refund of Money
I applied for the IPO of SVPCL on 25/10/2007 for 375 qty (Total amount Rs.16875.) through Application no -8041404. Due to some problem ,the IPO is still not listed. On 30/11/2007, I written a mail to [protected]@aarthiconsultants.com and [protected]@aarthiconsultants.com that tell me the status of the said IPO or return my money back.They never reverted me back even after several reminders. Not only this, several times I spoke to Aarthi people ,they simply told that there was some problem in the document of SVPCL,now everything has been cleared to SEBI and stock will be listed within two or three days.In Mid of Jan 2008 when I spoke to them they told that you will get your money with 15% interest within two or three days.More than Three months past ,but still I have not received my money back.Also, later on I came to know that there was an option for withdrawal from this IPO, But I have not received any communication(written or verbal) from the company or Aarthi Consultancy.
Kindly help me in getting my money back ...........

HiI have applied for svpcl ipo for 25 shares and then for the withdrawal, as per the withdrawal notice published by the registrars and the company.
I have not got any money back till date, even though the withdrawal application was submitted by 15th December.
I keep calling...
