sir,

i have applied 125(one hundred twenty five )shares of Rs 5625. My applicantion 8042689 , DP ID IN302679, DP Account: 32635030 for this ipo of svpcl limited which was from 22october07 to 26october2007. I have applied through ICICI DIRECT ON LINE on 26/10/2007 this was allocted my SB a/c no[protected] on 26th oct ,I have not received refund money nor alloted shares .

i have applied 60 shares for this ipo of svpcl limited which was from 22october07 to 26october2007. this was cashed from a/c on 29th octi have not been alloted shares and so far i have not received my money back . kindly let me know how i receive my refund.

I have applied 250 shares price of Rs. 45 per share for SVPCL Ltd. Now Its almost 4 months are over after their stipulated time for listing.
I have not received either their refund order or share allotment.
i send 3 emails also to their office.But receive no replay.
so please do so thing.....

I have applied for the IPO, its been more than two months, neither the sahres allotment happened not the refund yet.Please help me in getting back my money

Non refund of Money
I applied for the IPO of SVPCL on 26/10/2007 for 2125 qty (Total amount Rs.95625.) through Application no -3996479. Due to some problem, the IPO is still not listed. On 30/11/2007, I written a mail AND fax to [protected]@aarthiconsultants.com and [protected]@aarthiconsultants.com that tell me the status of the said IPO or return my money back.They never reverted me back even after several reminders. Not only this, several times I spoke to Aarthi people, they simply told that there was some problem in the document of SVPCL, now everything has been cleared to SEBI and stock will be listed within two or three days.In Mid of Jan 2008 when I spoke to them they told that you will get your money with 15% interest within two or three days.More than five months past, but still I have not received my money back.


Also, later on I came to know that there was an option for withdrawal from this IPO, But I have not received any communication(written or verbal) from the company or Aarthi Consultancy.

Kindly help me in getting my money back ...

SVPCL Ltd — Refund & Allotement of share

i had apply a share of svpcl but till date i did not recevie share & refund money of amount 90000/=

i have applied for SVPCL Ipo but 4 months Past there is nor Refund neither The Allotment of shares ??

I want The Refund ammount Back Immediately>!!!

I had applied for SVPCL IPO for 125 shares of 45*125=5625 Rs.
My Application Number:8102015.
Tht was my grteat mistake to apply for SVPCL IPO under the registrar of Arathi consultants Hyderabad.
I had called them many times, few contact numbers does not exist & if contact number exists then no response.
These people were prePlanned for this.
How to handle this issue...i critisized them via mail but these people are used to such types of activities.
Please suggest me ..what shall i do for this?

This is regarding complaint of Hindustan Times newspaper.
I have subscribe in June 2007 for 2 yrs plan.that time i got only 12months coupon, & he told me they send another coupon after completing 1yrs.but now 1 yr is completed from may.but still didnt get any coupon booklet as per my plan.
my residential address is no change.
when ever call customer care they told they will send very soon.
but now my vendor asking to where is coupon.
i am already esclated this issue on HT news paper, but no one can take care.i dont know why they are ignore this case.
i have all relevent proofs for that offer.
