IPO REFUND — SVPCL IPO Refund
I have applied 1000 share of SVPCL in Oct. 07. due to some reason sebi has stopped the ipo and Supreme court has order to refund the IPO money with interest to investor in Aug.08. But till date i could not receive any amount from the SVPCL. We have discussed with Registrar and Company and every time they said they will refund by end of this week or by next week.Pl. guide on such cases

i dont know wat is going on even sebi is also not taking any step towards that type of company.what will happen like themself invester. i am also applied 100 share still there no response.
