Well, with reference to the Photon no. - [protected], I purchased the TATA Photon device in November 2012 (which they activated after 20 days or 25 and committed before purchasing that the same will be activated within 2 working days, was pathetic customer service I dealt with.) and the retailer I brought it from described that the plan is best value for money and I can always change the plan after 2 months period is over (I got the retailers contact details on a website and they delivered the device at my premises). After 2 months, when I contacted customer services, they told me this plan can not be changed before May 2013 (which was a mislead or false representation by your dealers I'd say), I agreed to that and told them I will contact later in May 2013 to change the plan.
In the first week of May, I contacted to TATA Customer services via chat to change the bill plan and be effective from next billing cycle which starts from 20th of each month. They gave me a reference number too, and I got a text from INDCOM on 09th May stating "Hi! We have changed the Bill Plan for your Photon no xx wef[protected] as per your request no xx. Thank you.".
I was pretty assured with the text and thought it is really changed now.
After two or three days, again I contacted customer services via Phone and tried to cross check if the same has really been changed.
I requested a corporate plan named 10GB @ 800 per month. The agent told me it hasn't been changed yet and your bill plan is still the same as earlier. I was pissed off asked what was that text about and even they did not think the importance to inform me about it. That is not how a customer service of a company works. The agent advised me to inbox customer services and I did the same. Today I got a call from Keshav (some Mumbai number +91-[protected]) he kept me on hold to check the details and disconnected the call without any information. I been trying to contact customer care via chat, email or Phone and ain't got any satisfactory answer or resolution of the problem yet. The first impression of TATA Photon was too worse as I was talking to customer services via email and they wasn't good enough even to read the mails properly, giving the resolution was a long way to go for them. I asked about any supervisor I can talk with, Nodal officer or appellate authority but they advised no, we (customer care executives via chat, email and phone) are whole-sole of TATA photon and I can only talk with them and trust me it was pretty ridiculous. Again, I have got no response from your side after many emails, calls, and chats.
If any authorized and superior person contacts me via email or Phone, I can let him/her see all the mails, chats I been dealing with.
Every month, I need to use the internet a lot and if I don't get a proper speed I want, it costs me a loss, and I do not know who to make the responsible for the loss occurred to me due to insufficient speed and lack of customer services with existing ISP. I been always taking the speed boosters which costs me just double of the bill amount (i.e. I am subscribed to [protected]@750 per month and each month I been subscribing to a 2GB speed booster pack and 1GB speed booster pack which makes it 750+350+200=1300+ST).
I am really frustrated with Photon's pathetic customer service. There are a lot of experiences I have had in past several months which can not be explained here.
WHATSOEVER, I just want my existing plan to be changed into [protected]@800 per month from May itself (I won't wait till the June starts or else I will just disconnect the services and TATA Photon must forget me as a customer and you are going to loose other customers too for sure, I will always recommend IDEA as the best ISP with no problems).
If still I won't get a response from your side, I must go to NCDRC and file a complaint about the harassment and misleading and misrepresentation I dealt with.

I have purchased Tata Photon, wireless broadband device no. [protected]. Your Executive ( Randhir, Mob no.- [protected]) came at our place taken money and my all related documents on Saturday[protected]. He asked to activate that USB till Tuesday[protected].
I got a message from INDCOM for reference verification on[protected]. Today it's[protected] mid night but still they didn't give any verification call. I called them[protected] they told me they will take 7 working days to make a call for verification. They said TATA Indicom sales team doesn't know anything, they are telling me the truth.
As I mentioned your sales executive told me for activation they need 24 hours and when we make a call on your customer care no.[protected] they asked for 7 working days.
As a customer I'm facing a big trouble, I wanted a fast service that's why I bought TATA Photon but here all picture has changed when I gave full payment. Now your sales team in-charge (Krishna, Mob no.-[protected]) is not picking up any call from my no/ not giving response of any sms as they believe in one time sales.
Being a customer I really don't understand to whom I should report.[protected] is the 4th day, If you can't activate this USB till Thursday[protected]. Please refund me my money and documents back, I don't want any further relationship with TATA. I wanted to buy wifi router also but after going through your Customer care executives/ Sales team executives response, I don't think you guys will give any further assistance. You believe in one time sales, don't believe in customer services to retain them for a long period.
I'm exhausted from your services please activate it by tomorrow else give my money back.
Please don't force me to go Consumer Court.

Tata Photon + — Receiving Threatening call from TATA
Hi,I have already dropped a lot of mails to TATA tele Service & TATA tele Service MD regarding my TATA Photo+ network Issue.I was facing the issue with speed(not receiving the speed).And after 2 days of Buying the device. I have drop the mail for issue stating that "If you are not able to resolve the issue, then please close the connection, else i will not be considering any kind of settlements" for which you have not replied.and not resolved the issue and not close my connection.then i have buy the airtel.
Also, Since, i have received a money recovery threatening call from the mentioned mobile number ([protected]) on behalf of TATA Teleservices Ltd. on 28/12/2011 at 10:27 AM, which is against the Indian Law, i would like to file a complaint in consumer forum for same.
