Sir,
I have taken an AMC for our Videocon split AC machine model # ac-va-1201zx with serial # 39949 and the AMC number is 051951 with TekCare India Pvt Ltd during the year[protected] with a validity of 01.03.2010 to 28.02.2011. The technician who named Abdul came for an AMC service had broken the AC swing plate of indoor unit while he cleaned the machine. He told that he would replace the plate within a week by the company through him within a week of time. The incident was taken place on 05.04.2010, and till date he not yet replaced the plate and i had given complaints so many times but there was no response till
date. The complaint numbers were:

4. Spoken to Ms. Anu on 29.06.2010 she told that she would made a not of it but complaint number was not given.

6. Spoken to Mr. Srikanth on 13/07/2010, he told that he will forwarded the complaint to the concern department and did not given any complaint number
7. In between i keep on calling the technician and Mr. Siddhique (incharge of Wintech AC service) did not respond properly and told that the video con company had stopped producing that particular model plate and he was not able to get that plate.

I had send a register letter on 27/10/2010 to the manager of the TekCare India Pvt Ltd, but there was no response from their side. now, the AMC will come to close on 28/02/2011. i kindly request you to take necessary action against the company and do the needful to me.
