Tekcare India Pvt Ltd — technician cheating customers

We faced issue with kenstar air cooler (Purchased last year which is currently in non warranty period) so i contacted cust. Care for assistance (Hyd[protected]). After several follow up finally they sent one technician.
This technician venkatesh is big cheater, (He is from third party namaskar services, sangareddy district, telangana) working for tekcare india pvt ltd.
When he first visited my house he checked the water cooler and told me that pcb panel had some issue and need to replace it with new one but item is not available with him. He told me that he will bring new part next day, when i asked for amount he said 600 rupees but next day he came to my house (That time i was not there, my uncle was at home and he is not aware of background of previous day conversation what we had) fixed the air cooler issue with new part and charged 2500 rupees with out giving proper bill and took old parts of air cooler. After knowing this i immediately called him asked for reason he is telling some new stories which is completely fake, i contacted cust care but their response is pathetic they won't care about customers even if customers cheated by service engineers. Their only job is to raise compliant and send technician. If any customer complianed about technician they won't care because taking action is not their job. I am very much disappointed about kenstar/videocon services. After my horrible experience am suggesting people don't go for videocon/kenstar products
