[Resolved]  Tekcare India Pvt Ltd — NON RESPONSE TOWARDS COMPLAINT EVEN AFTER COLLECTING THE CHARGES

I Had logged one complaint no DEL[protected] dt 29 May 10 for servicing/complaint of my Electrolux split a.c. In response, engineer from TEKCARE INDIA PVT LTD visited on 9.6.2010 and reported that compressor is not working and it has to be taken back to the workshop for necessary checkup (compressor's 5 yr warranty is expiring in Aug 10). He took Rs 335 towards visiting charges and 250 for transportation and informed that person will come from company and would collect the split unit and he didn't do anything to the unit. On 12th June, driver came from the company and reported that his work is only to take the material, and engineer can only remove the compressor unit from the main unit. Then driver also left. Since then i tried several times , but their another engineer visit again on 6th July and then told me that some other person will come and collect the a.c. unit. Till today (14th July) no body had turned up and no body is responding properly to my complaint.

I have registered complaint of my kelvinator refrigerator on[protected] wide Complaint No.HYD-[protected], your service Auth.Rep. of Chill Airconditioners attented the fault fridge on[protected] & confirmed in writing that the door & timer has to be replaced it is manufacturing defact.

on[protected] your technician has taken the door stating with in 4 hours you will get the new door fitted. till date the door is not fitted.

after continue follow-up with Mr.Venu Gopal & Mr..Ramakanth we got another defected door on[protected] which we told it is better you take back as the problem will be same.

I have loosed more than Rs.3000 worth food items, milk product, medicine etc. and once more on the day of assurance on[protected] we purchased vegitables & milk products and all went in garbage as the door was not brought till 4 days. we have shown all the food items to your representative.

we request to confirm the address, were we can delivery the fridge without door as it is useless at our home & occuping the place. we have made very big mistake by joining with videocon.

we request you to kindly give us a chance to rectify our mistake by handover the faulty fridge, we will be highly oblize because we cant afford loss & high quality prompt service of 22 days... + days.

please co-operate, we are eagerly waiting for your call to note the address or else we will be having last option thatis Hon'ble Court for consumer form as we are having all the defect confirmation related to complaint on your job card copy with employee name & code.

TEKCARE INDIA PVT LTD — repair of washing machine

Reference Job sheet (outdoor) number 8442 dated 1-11-12. The washing machine, videocon make, K6200, was handed over for repair, no estimate of repair was provided
Mob no provided by the representative as [protected] or cutomer care no[protected] are not responding . Local number 39404040 is also not correct
