I had given my 2 videocon tvs to tekcare for repairs, they told us they are going to replace them within 10 days, its been around two months, they did bring one tv and told that someone will come and pick it up and replace it and they have no idea about my second tv. I have been making rounds to its service centre in vikroli, whose addres was mentioned on the receipt, that addres actually does not exist. There is no service centre their. Also i made more that 50 calls to different numbers, and all i get is another number to contact, no customer care executive or any of the contacts given by them or the numbers mentioned on the receipt are solving my number, if my complaint isn’t resolved i will surely take legal action against your company.
