I had booked a EUROPE Tour on 15th January 2012. & Paid Rs 98000/- for 4 persons. ( 24500/- per person ). Subsequently i cancelled the tour on 13th April 2012 due to death of my father & death of my relatives mother by sending a cancellation email. Now i asked for refund of the amount, but the company is levying Rs 27082/- as cancellation charges per person for the airline ticket booked on 12th April 2012. I find this ridiculous that a ticket costing 40,000/- & the airline is levying 70% as cancellation charges. pls ask the company to refund the amount Rs 98000/- at the earliest.
