Unitech — fd repayment

I am yet to receive payment for my fd no ul/fd/a/36975 o[censored]nitech ltd.the co told thru my broker that it will be despatched on[protected] but till[protected] no cheque recd.

With reference to the above, I have sent the above cited original duly discharged receipt to your Fixed Deposit Division, Porta Cabin 1, Block L, South City - 1, Gurgaon-122001 address by cuorier and receved at your end on 18.8.11. Till date I have not received the refund cheque. Kindly despatch the cheque with interest upto 18.8.11, failing which I will be forced to move to consumer forum.

Unitech company is not repaying FDs on maturity. Is it 2G scam? Govt of India should intervene and attach the properties of Directors immediately, unlike GNS Nidhi, other chit funds cheated in South
